This is an excellent place to stay. It is easy to get to other locations and places of interest. Shops are a short drive away. The pool is a lovely size, I would recommend heating. The house has everything you'll need for your stay. The jewel is the beach which is a short walk away, it's really quiet, lovely views and nice walks, the sea is great for swimming. Only heads up is that we had difficulty following the directions we were given from the airport to the villa but should have just put the villa address into google maps or similar sat nav which would have been easier. We would definatley stay here again and really enjoyed the games rooms and all the facilities available. Thank you to Joseph who responded quickly to any issues we had, which were only one relating to a broken key. Overall everything was great.

Stayed in this beautiful house with 4 friends. The view and pool were amazing and so was the host. The house itself was a bit hard to locate with the adress listed so be sure to follow directions to the coördinates that are provided.

We had a wonderfully relaxing time at Villa Anna and we definitely recommend it! It felt just like visiting our grandparents’ house in the village, combined with a touch of modernism. The beautiful garden and quiet neighborhood made our stay even more enjoyable. One thing to note: while the listing offers a two-bedroom house, only one bedroom is available for use. If you’re not a couple, it's best to inform the owner in advance. Overall, a lovely experience!

We had an amazing stay. The house is great, everything you can wish for is available. The view is stunning and Christina is a great host. We felt bad when it was time to leave.

Mila was very friendly upon arrival, even though we arrived late due to flight delays. She warmly welcomed us, gave a full tour, and made sure we had everything we needed, going above and beyond from the start. That night, we relaxed by the atmospheric, well-lit pool, which was always warmed by the sun! Throughout our stay, Mila consistently fulfilled our requests, brought us fresh fruit from her tree, bedding, car rental info- without hesitation. We spent a lot of time in the shared garden and always felt comfortable. The pool was perfect in the Cyprus heat, and Mila kindly allowed us to smoke by it. The kitchen was well-equipped, and essentials like soap, toiletries, and coffee were provided. The AC was new and effective, the bed was comfy, and the bathroom was stunning. Mila is a gracious, helpful host with beautiful artwork around her property. We highly recommend staying here—close to the sea, peaceful, and welcoming. We will definitely visit Paphos and stay at Mila’s place again.

I would definitely recommend staying here. The pool is lovely, gets lots of sun all day. The views are absolutely amazing. Another thing to mention is the easy to use kitchen, AC, and other amenities. Some gorgeous cats come to visit, just make sure to close the mesh over the doors as they seem keen to explore the house! Also plugs are English ones so no need for adapters! Comfy beds. Extra pillows. Downstairs of the house also stays cool during the day without air con. Would 100% recommend getting a car as most places in Paphos feel spread out. 15/20 minute drive to Paphos beach, harbour, coral bay, and Paphos old town. Free parking everywhere. Local restaurant Militzia Tavern was amazing, would recommend visiting (5 minutes by car). Hosts are lovely, very helpful, and friendly. Overall, lovely clean place to stay.

We have just returned from a lovely 10 night stay at Villa King X. The villa had a mid stay clean with clean linen and towels. The villa information book is very useful. We had a very enjoyable stay and will return. Car is essential as Villa is , in my opinion, too far away to walk down to Latchi. The hosts are exceptional .

lovely home in a idyllic location. Comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen and plenty of space indoors but the star of the show is the outside area. We spent a lot of our holiday relaxing in the pool or on the deck surrounded by the beautiful views and sounds. Would definitely recommend if you want to get away from it all.

The house was a lot bigger than expected, and had a great location! Everything that we needed was there, and the hosts were very friendly! We would definitely come back again, the access to the sea, and walking into the centre was perfect!

Mathias is a wonderful host and the villa is fantastic. It's been done beautifully and we found it really peaceful and secluded. We ended up sending more time than we anticipated at the Villa by the pool as we loved it so much. Mathias was a great host, always around to answer questions and give recommendations. We would recommend him and his villa to anyone considering going to Cyprus.

Great spot to be. Very close to the restaurants, shops and lovely beach. House is situated on a hill so the views are also lovely. The apartment has everything you need, comfy bed and large balcony. Definitely great price for what you get. Highly recommended 5*

What a great place to stay for few nights! Big terrace made it worth 100%, beautiful sunset makes this place special. Swimming was very nice, however the water was quite cold. What I would suggest is to book restaurant beforehand, otherwise you might have trouble to find good one.

Amazing and courteous host. I had a great time staying at Tatiana’s- it is so well furnished, in a great location and most of all a cosy space to relax after a long day. Beautiful complex with pool, and Tatiana’s communication was brilliant through out. Would recommend!

Stayed at Felix's condo for 3 weeks with my wife and 2 small kids. The location was great and near all the amenities (beach, marina, restaurants and stores). The condo was well stocked, cold AC and comfortable beds. The complex has 3 different pools to choose from which was great for the kids. The only negative was that the terrace was quite dirty and looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time.

A superb spacious villa with everything you needed to relax. Beautiful manicured gardens with stunning flora and fauna which you could enjoy all day /night in the outdoor space whilst relaxing in and out of the huge pool. Location was very quiet and Views at the front /side were amazing. Bonus outdoor areas all around from a separate shady seated area to a BBQ area and the car port aswell keeping car cool! An all round highly recommended villa not just for couples but for families too as it had everything.

What more does a person need on vacation? To open eyes in the morning and look out the window at a blue sea, enjoy clear turquoise water in the pool, eat in a nice restaurant or tavern, swim in an endless and calm sea, drink a cocktail and fall asleep to the sound of the waves, who needs more? Villa 62 in the Apollo neighborhood was exactly the thing that allowed us to breathe after a difficult year. It is equipped with everything you need. The view from it is lovely and the accessibility and proximity to the sea and the pool make the vacation easy. The sunsets are spectacular! In the summer it is very good to have a car because it is difficult to walk around outside in the hot hours. Sabin and Carla are available and very kind. The villa is clean and very quickly gives a feeling of home. Highly recommended place to stay. Thank you Sabine and Carla for your warm hospitality

Christophe is a great host! He asked us in advance if we had any additional requests, and since we were planning to stream movies, he upgraded the internet connextion. He also provided a detailed guide to the house. There were a lot of useful utensils and supplies for a washing mashine and dishwasher. On New Year's Eve, Christophe also helped us with an electrical problem, which we quickly solved together. Overall, the villa was very nice, equipped with every imaginable kitchen tool, barbecue and gas fireplace. We were happy with our stay in Cyprus thanks to the substantial contribution of Christophe and his villa!
