Mr. Luiz was a great host. Cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Everything clean and organized. Although the house is on the same land we had privacy and our pet was super comfortable even with the presence of the host's dogs on site, they are all super docile. We hope to return at a next opportunity!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at João's. It's a beautiful and very large place. There were only 7 adults, and it was possible to separate 1 couple per room, which made the stay even more comfortable. The pool water is warm, very nice, that made all the difference, because everyone really enjoyed the pool. The caretaker is very kind, and not at all arrogant. He made us very comfortable, allowing us to make the most of our stay without invading our privacy, or filling our heads with rules.

The place is great for rest and to gather family and friends. The pool is huge and surrounded by lush vegetation, the soccer field is ideal for those who enjoy playing with friends. Accommodations are simple but meet needs; well-equipped kitchen.

Very pleasant stay and well-equipped house. The barbecue area being closed was a differential, as it was a cold weekend. Gustavo was very helpful in everything. We loved it, thank you!
