Love the privacy of this home, while still being able to walk to get breakfast or a milkshake! Would definitely recommend!

Mary Kaye’s mobile home was spotless and I liked the layout a lot. Perfect amount of space for myself, my husband, our four children, and one dog. The wifi was a little spotty and the location was a bit more off-the-beaten-path than I would normally go for. But if you love the peaceful quiet of the country, this is totally for you! And the price was right.

My family had a lot of fun and were close enough to Ft Leonard Wood to enjoy with my daughter during her graduation.

We had a great stay! Very clean, spacious and homey. Perfect for a family getaway!

This was a wonderful place and location. The home was clean and the bed and sheets were very comfortable. Very easy to find and communication was great. Dont miss a short hike to greer springs.

If you need a place to stay this is it!! The place was way more than I expected!!! It has everything you need to be right at home!! Constance is very helpful and a very caring person that wants everything perfect for you stay!! If you are ever coming to Rolla this is the place to stay!! We wanted a place close to family, found it, only problem was you could hear the big trucks go by at 4 in the morning. And my dog did not like the floor, to slippery, so we went and bought a couple of runner rugs so he could move around. Other than that all was good. We never went fishing nor into the game room, to busy visiting family. Only slept and used washer and dryer. Next time we will bring fishing poles and something to cook out with on grill. Recommend Kim

Don is a wonderful host. We truly enjoyed our visit to St. James and especially Don's gardens, deck, and very close proximity to the park! Fall colors were just coming into peak. Be sure to visit Maramec Springs right down the road! Very special.... Thank you for a very peaceful and relaxing stay.

The accommodations were perfect and Lana was a super host. The surroundings were beautiful, we would definitely stay there again! Very lovely property and enjoyed the beauty of nature at the cabin while having all the amenities provided! Thank you for everything!!

It’s a great place to stay. Very cozy and warm. Right in the middle between the Black river, St. Francis river, Johnson’s shut-ins, Elephant rock park, bike park and Taum Sauk mountain.

This was a great find and a hidden gem! Much better than the overly crowded campgrounds. Slightly difficult to find but we were traveling later than preferred and the darkness did not help things. The beach and water were wonderful. Only nice things to say about this campground and host. Very laid back and welcoming. I hope to be back every summer! ❤️

Peaceful, Unplugged, and Perfect Our stay was exactly what we needed — peaceful and grounding. The house is tucked away in the quiet countryside, and one of my favorite moments was sitting under the awning at night with a cup of coffee, watching fireflies dance around the orchard. There’s no WiFi, which turned out to be a real gift — it gave us a chance to truly unplug and enjoy quiet, quality time together as a family. If you're looking for a serene escape from the noise of everyday life, this is the place. We left feeling refreshed and connected. Would absolutely stay again.

I want to plan another trip to Eminence just to stay at this home. 2 nights wasn’t enough. Next time we will try to stay closer to a week. My teens loved the game room in the garage and the creek. There was plenty of space to explore around the home. My mom enjoyed sitting in the screened in porch watching the hummingbirds. We kept noticing all the touches that the host has thought about for their guests. I was beyond impressed. I highly recommend this property!

This is our second time staying at this location, and it does not disappoint! We wanted to get away to peace and quiet, and the setting was perfect! Always very clean, Zack provides recommendations and is very proactive.
