Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Emmet County

Darcie and Anton’s home makes an ideal base to explore everything northern Michigan has to offer. The house is spacious and well equipped, comfortably accommodating a group of ten adults. We particularly loved the huge and well set up kitchen. Check in and checkout were simple, and communication was quick and easy. If I was in the area with a group again I would absolutely rebook, and would encourage anyone else to do the same.

This home was a perfect place for a women's mini retreat weekend. It was a very comfortable space for 6 ladies. A suggestion would be a little heater in the main floor master bath for colder months would be helpful. It is quite chilly in there. We hope to stay again sometime.

Our experience was beyond our expectations. We loved it here that we asked to extend our stay for another day to enjoy one whole day at the place. The kids fell in love that they prefer to stay than go visit Mackinac Island. All items needed are provided, from utensils, towels, cleaners, outdoor games. All we needed to do was to buy a few groceries. The place was also clean and very cozy. We really loved every minute of our stay. The owner/s are also very accommodating, easy to communicate with and welcoming. We highly recommend this place.

A delightful cottage on the Bluffs of Lake Michigan. You can hear the waves from the deck. The home was very clean and comfortable and perfect for our stay. We would highly recommend Lizzie’s home.

Julie's cabin was the perfect getaway spot for my husband and I and would also have been great with another couple or as a family. The home was impeccably clean and she had thought of everything. It was easy to get to, directions were clear and simple, and all amenities were exactly as listed. We loved the seclusion of the location but still having the ability to access both Harbor Springs and Petoskey in a quick drive. I 100% recommend this home as a great place to stay year round!

We had an amazing stay! The surroundings were absolutely beautiful and peaceful. It’s located about 40 minutes from Mackinaw City, which made for a perfect day trip. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, and even shared some great local recommendations that really added to our experience. Would definitely recommend!

I cannot say enough about how awesome Cynthia made our trip one of our best stays up north. The bungalow was very clean, private and so peaceful. It was so nice, we didn’t want to leave! The kitchen is well equipped, many extra supplies which made it feel like home. A wonderful place to get away and relax, yet close to the water and downtown. Highly recommend this little gem, we can’t wait to return!

Meghan was an amazing host! We had no problems during our stay. It was super walkable and close to every attraction we wanted to go to. It was a quick 10 minute drive to the Gypsy Distillery, and a short walk to the water!

Fantastic stay! The location was perfect—walking distance to great restaurants in downtown Petoskey. The place was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. Meghan was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond. Can’t wait to stay at the LBC again soon!

The place was beautiful, very easy to find. Right downtown so we could walk to everything. We came for a soccer tournament and this place was 5 mins away from each field, so I didn’t have to do hardly any driving. The place was very comfortable and relaxing as well.

Great stay! Responsive host. We just wish the living room and kitchen pictures were updated on the listing. It had everything we needed and in a great location in downtown Charlevoix, MI!

One of the best places we have ever stayed. The linens/sheets were fabulous. The decor and art was superb. The small touches of fresh lavender, beautiful flowers on the porch and toiletries in the bathrooms were great. The location is fantastic. Would love to stay there again. It’s a special place. A great spot in the heart of downtown Petosky with great hosts. They really provided just about everything that we would ever need including recommendations, bathroom amenities, and more. Especially nice was the high chair, pack and play, and kids toys provided that saved a lot of space in our car on the drive up. Our little guy had a great time and parks were super close and walkable. We enjoyed some great meals all within a few blocks. Thanks for the great stay!

100% awesome place to stay! Super cozy, quiet, right next to Bay Harbor and the highway being right there makes getting to Petoskey easy peasy. This makes Walmart or Meijer runs a breeze should you nee provisions and downtown is around the corner for local eats. I was there for a couple days of snowboarding and will totally investigate availability when I come up next year or if the wife and I drop in over summer!
