It is a very nice studio on the garden floor, combining charm and modernity. Its access is independent and is by the garden: a haven of calm and greenery ... only a few meters from shops and restaurants, in the residential area of El Menzah. All kinds of amenities in the immediate surroundings: dry cleaning, cafes, restaurants, the very good pastries Gourmandise and the Gourmet are a 2-minute walk etc ... Tunis Carthage airport is a 7-minute drive away You are 18 km from La Marsa de Sidi Bou Said and the beach No parking problems in front of the house in front of the house there is always room! The aerial bus or subway station is within a 10-minute walk. Otherwise it's easy to find taxis! The studio has every comfort . The decor is sober, very clean Tunisian style in soft ivory and gray tones ( very cookooning!). The studio is furnished with a double bed in 180 cm with excellent bedding! There is a nice bathroom with shower and also a large dressing room . The kitchenette is fully equipped: fridge-freezer , induction hot plate, microwave, coffee maker, dish kettle etc. There's also a flat-screen TV. ( bouquet of French and other channels) and free WiFi. Central heating and air conditioner . For your arrival a breakfast kit will be offered! There is also possibility of access to the family pool
