This is a large property that was comfortable for me. The amenities worked well, I especially liked the kitchen, the couch and bed were nice as well. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again. The hosts were very kind and responded quickly.

The house is too cozy, it has a large patio, barbecue and everything you need to have a good stay, comfortable environments, very comfortable and comfortable beds. I loved the location, close to everything on foot, very safe. I recommend it !

Marcos' space is wonderful, highly recommended for those looking for a comfortable house in the middle of nature to rest, with the possibility of enjoying the city, the beaches and the waterfront that are also close to the residence. The pool was always impeccably clean, the bed is extremely large and comfortable, the barbecue is great for barbecuing and the grounds also have an exit to the river that allows you to see an incredible sunset. Another point to be highlighted is the kindness of Marcos and his wife, we were very well received and had great conversations, really very kind and pleasant people. It is more than recommended.

Everything was excellent!! Highly recommended. The apartment is very nice, spacious and with lots of amenities. It has an amazing view and the pool is very large. Lucas was an excellent host, responding quickly and always attentive to details and requests. I definitely highly recommend it and we will surely stay there again.

The apartment is as shown in the photo, it is warm, you feel at home. I travel a lot, and I can say that this is the first time I have found a complete apartment, it is equipped with all the kitchen utensils, cleaning elements and bath products necessary for a comfortable stay. It is in a strategic location, which facilitates access to various points of interest. The cleanliness is impeccable and the facilities are in excellent condition, as it is a new, very comfortable and cozy property. The neighborhood is nice and there is a supermarket, kiosk a few steps from the apartment. The balcony view is very nice, you can see the river. Thanks to the owners, who were extremely kind and attentive at all times, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely rent there again. Highly recommended.

Well, it meets all the essentials, it would be super good that I have at least two to three pairs of cutlery and a pot, pail or grill, as it has all the items to cook or make breakfast but there are no cutlery available to make them. Then super good.
