Peaceful stay for a week. Beautiful elevated location with panoramic views. Rocabella restaurant at the bottom of the track was great if you dont feel like venturing out far, with a varied menu from light bites to main dishes with burgers, steaks and fish.. My advice would would be to grab some basic groceries from a supermarket prior to going up to the house i.e coffee, bread eggs , drinks etc. I travelled with my ederly mother and the accomodation was suitable for our needs as she is unable to manage steps. There is one twin room downstairs with a bathroom and walk in shower which is next to the kitchen , lounge and outside patio so easy access for her with limited mobility. its would not be suitable for a wheelchair however. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with doors opening onto a patio with table and chairs, perfect for your morning coffee to relish the sun rise and sunsets, and also affording privacy if travelling with others in your group. I throughly enjoyed my stay. 😊

At Casa Lopez, we stayed for 1.5 months as 5 adults, a child, and a dog. Occasionally, we were up to 10 people, but space was never an issue. The villa is beautiful with stunning views of the mountains and surroundings. The mountain road to the villa adds charm, and the place feels comfortable and safe—even accessible with a Fiat 500. The villa is more spacious than the photos suggest. Rafael, the host, showed us all the amenities: pool, Jacuzzi, and game room—all in perfect order. We also worked from the villa using the internet without any issues. The area is picturesque, close to beaches, mountains, and towns, with plenty to do. The hosts are very kind and helpful, even recommending a mechanic when needed. After 1.5 months, we still felt their warmth and friendliness. Leaving Casa Lopez was emotional for us. So, I recommend the villa for vacations, as well as a place where after work you can open some wine and jump into the pool. I wish everyone an equally wonderful stay.

We had a really great time in Madre Tierra. Rafa welcomed us and was really helpful for any request we had. The house is comfy, calm and with a great view, close to nice mountain paths. Totally recommended. Thanks again Rafa!

Wir hatten ein traumhaftes Wochenende im Monte Naturivo! Die Unterkunft liegt inmitten wunderschöner Natur und ist der perfekte Ort, um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Alles war absolut sauber und sehr gepflegt – man merkt, wie viel Liebe hier in jedes Detail gesteckt wird. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom tollen Pool, dem entspannenden Hamam und dem wunderschönen Yoga-Raum – ideal zum Abschalten und Wohlfühlen. Die Gastgeberin war unglaublich freundlich und herzlich, wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Monte Naturivo ist wirklich ein besonderer Ort, den wir jedem wärmstens empfehlen können.

We stayed here for 4 weeks (family of 3) and it was the most wonderful holiday! So peaceful and quiet, well equipped house and a lovely pool. The beds are really comfortable and the aircon in the bedrooms was brilliant. Cómpeta is a beautiful town and worth a visit. Cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Espectacular casa a las afueras de Palenciana. La ubicación y las vistas son una maravilla y la casa se nota que está hecha con mucho cariño y pensando en los detalles. Cuenta con todo lo indispensable y es muy cómoda para grandes grupos. Destacar la amabilidad y la disponibilidad de Pedro, tuvimos un pequeño problema con las duchas de arriba tras una fuerte tormenta y lo solventó con la mayor brevedad posible. Sin ninguna duda, repetiremos.

We spent a wonderful couple of months staying in Isa's beautiful house. It felt like home with lots of thoughtful touches. The view from the patio is incredible, looking out over the beautiful town and the lake. Iznajar is a great place to stay, so friendly and lots of cultural events going on. We loved it there. So much so we bought a house nearby! Isa is very kind and helpful. She really is a very attentive host and goes the extra mile to look after you. Muchas gracias y hasta luego!!

Local calmo, com bastante privacidade e muito facil de estacionar. Bastantes comodidades para quem queira passear mas também disfrutar do espaço. Local confortável e mesmo com crianças se pode passar bem o tempo. A casa aquece facilmente, mas com o ar condicionado isso resolve-se facilmente. Anfitriões simpáticos e que respondem facilmente. Recomendo para quem gosta de sossego e conforto.

We hebben een paar heerlijke dagen gehad in deze prachtige vakantiewoning! De ligging is adembenemend, omringd door mooie routes en charmante stadjes. Het zwembad was echt een pluspunt – rustig, privé en perfect om te ontspannen. De buitenruimte met de barbecue was geweldig en we hebben er volop van genoten. De woning was van alle gemakken voorzien en voelde direct als een fijne plek om tot rust te komen. Miguel was een attente en prettige host. Door een grote, onverwachte stroomuitval in Spanje moesten we helaas iets eerder vertrekken vanwege belangrijke communicatieverplichtingen – dit lag absoluut niet aan de woning of de host. Voor lange Nederlanders zoals wij waren de bedden net iets aan de korte kant, maar verder hebben we heerlijk geslapen. Een plek die we zeker aanbevelen en waar we met veel plezier aan terugdenken

Wir haben uns bei Mónica rundum wohl gefühlt! Die Lage des Hauses ist in den Bergen und damit sehr privat und ruhig. Alles war super sauber, Mónica hat sich bestens um unsere Ankunft gekümmert und uns schon vorab Tipps für die Organisation gegeben, die sehr praktisch waren. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Der Aufenthalt war einfach super! Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Gastgeber waren stets hilfsbereit und die Lage des Hauses war atemberaubend und sehr ruhig. Die Aussicht war einfach traumhaft egal ob vom Pool aus oder von der Terrasse! Auch die Einrichtung war sehr gut abgestimmt und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Really unique place! We have spent the majority of our vacation (three weeks in Spain) in old town Valencia, Granada, and Sevilla, with some stops in Alicante and Merida, so getting out of "city center" was our goal for this stop, and this place DELIVERED. It's up a well maintained mountain road, and there are several restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive of the location. We would definitely recommend "El Tunel" which has ample parking and an amazing menu. However, if you are staying several days, we recommend you stock up on stuff for breakfast, lunch and dinner if you don't want to hop in your car for every meal. They have a well supplied indoor kitchen and outdoor cooking options as well. The pool is not heated, so in April/May it wasn't really swimmable (for us), but I can imagine in the summer it does heat up ambiently. The chickens, duck, guienna pig and rabbit we excited to see us every morning with scraps from the prior day's meals! Zip line and trampoline are cool!

En un mot FORMIDABLE😊 Hôtes très accueillants, très flexibles au niveau des horaires , belle piscine aussi surtout si passionnés du Réal.. On a retenu aussi la propreté des lieux, nickel 👌🏼 Vraiment dommage que nous soyons venue pour une nuit car c’est vraiment un cottage où on a envie d’y rester 😁

I cannot recommend Catalina as a host, highly enough. Her place is spotless, beautifully, decorated, and practical. It has everything you could possibly need from the kitchen to the bathroom to the living room , to the bedroom. It is a peaceful, beautiful, serene place to stay So much so that I often did not want to leave it. Catalina is extremely responsive as a host and anticipates all of your needs. As a host myself, I appreciate all of her efforts and recommend her place very highly.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at Maria's place. The house is very cozy with all you need to prepare meals at home if you wish. The views over the Ronda countryside were stunning, and the garden surrounding the house was also delightful. Ronda city is just a 15-minute drive away.

Rustig gelegen in de heuvels rond Alcoucin gaat de cottage van William en Simone schuil onder de geur van de bougainvillea en de schaduw van de omringende olijfbomen. Een ware oase op een uurtje rijden van de prachtige stad Malaga en het charmante Torre del Mar. De cottage biedt echt alles wat je nodig hebt. Snelle WiFi-verbinding, een mooie slaapkamer met prima bed, een ruime badkamer, een goed uitgerust keukentje en niet te vergeten, het fraai gelegen zwembad. Wij hebben er vier fijne dagen doorgebracht en komen zeker terug. Hans en Frankie

We’ve just returned from a wonderful stay at Teresa and José’s beautiful villa and we miss it already. It was charming, authentic and spotlessly clean - it’s even better than the photos. We felt right at home and it had everything we needed. José and Teresa met us at the villa and gave us a warm welcome. The wine, milk, fresh fruit and bread from the local bakery was a lovely surprise. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were extremely helpful and quick to respond to any queries, José even came to remove a small wasp nest for us! We absolutely loved the swimming pool and the views were gorgeous. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable, we wished we could have stayed for longer!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist supergemütlich und die Terrasse ist traumhaft. Wir hatten eine Hitzewelle, aber die Terrasse bietet genug Schatten, dass man sich sehr gut dort aufhalten kann. Das Haus ist ohnehin klimatisiert. Das Dorf ist wunderschön. Es gibt ein paar Bars und Restaurants,in denen man sehr gut essen kann. Die Menschen begegnen einem sehr freundlich. Man merkt, dass der Massentourismus noch keinen Einzug gehalten hat. So gewinnt man einen Eindruck von dem Leben der Einheimischen. Ein Strand ist auch in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Hat man Fragen ist Maria stets zu erreichen. Wie wir uns mit ihr dort gefühlt haben, ist in Worten schwer zu beschreiben. Sie ist ein wunderbarer und liebenswerter Mensch. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

We had the most wonderful week at Eva's beautiful home. It's truly a magnificent property in breathtaking surroundings. It's been sympathetically restored and is equipped with everything we needed for a peaceful, relaxing self-catering holiday. Eva was the perfect host - always responsive and going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She also shared recommendations on where to eat and provided valuable information about the area. Another highlight of our stay was Bob, Eva's gorgeous dog. He's incredibly friendly with a real character and playing fetch with him every day was a real treat. One thing worth noting is that the road leading to the property can be a bit tricky to navigate at first. However, Eva was incredibly helpful and met us at the top of the road on our arrival day to guide us in. Once we got the hang of it, it was a breeze. We highly recommend this lovely location, especially if you're looking for a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle.

We had a fantastic vacation at Antonia’s house in Viñuela. The view and location exceeded our expectations — even better than in the photos. The house is spacious and comfortably accommodates six people. The outdoor area is generous, with a lovely veranda, outdoor kitchen and a marvelous view over valley and hills reaching into the ocean. The property is easy to access, fully fenced, and gated for added security. The ocean and hiking areas are within short range. All amenities are exactly as described. Communication with Antonio was excellent — he is a friendly and attentive host. We would highly recommend this house; it offers great value for the price.

We loved the views and peacefulness but felt safe having someone English next door. The welcome pack was amazing and appreciated as we stayed put for 3 days due to heatwave and didn't have to worry about shopping.
