Located in the center of Norwich, this modern townhome-style accommodation is a wing attached to our residence. Enjoy your upstairs master suite + office/2nd bedroom, downstairs "café" and all-season sunroom. Relax with a view to the garden and woods beyond. We are 1.5 miles to Hanover/Dartmouth, and 1.0 mile to King Arthur Baking. Our street is part of the Appalachian Trail, and you will be near many Upper Valley attractions. Located on 85 private acres with great views this is the perfect winter get away. In the summer you can relax by the firepit, hike in the woods, work in the gardens (just kidding), collect breakfast from the chickens or visit some of the local breweries. I am as close or as far away as you would like me to be with my house right next door.

This cozy one-room guesthouse is located on a quiet street off the green in downtown Lebanon, NH. It offers a private entrance with access to a lovely outdoor patio and gas grill. A cozy and quiet space close to Dartmouth College (8 mins), Dartmouth Hitchcock Hospital (12 mins), and White River Junction Center (5 mins). You will have a private entrance to the space and access to a yard, a 3 season patio room, bedroom with a queen sized bed and queen pullout couch, a separate dining area, grill, and a private bathroom. There is no kitchen but there is a mini fridge, table, coffee/tea bar, plates, utensils, mugs, and a microwave.
