House all equipped in the kitchen and barbecue, including beach cart with Umbrella, beach chairs and cooler. We have beach service included. The house is adapted for home office with 3 workstations in the bedrooms and a countertop for 3 people on the bottom floor with sockets. Wifi with 3 routers on the 2 floors.

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).
