This is a detached house with a lot of space. A balcony, terrace and the meadow in front of the house invite you to enjoy views and sun. The house is surrounded by meadows and farms. Below the house is the schoolhouse square of Sent, spacious playground for children.

Gulas Chalet - La Punt

Chalet Gulas is a beautiful detached stone house at the entrance of Val Chamuera — perfect for nature lovers. Just steps from the Musella kids’ ski lift and cross-country trails, it’s about 1 km from La Punt train station and slightly closer to shops. St. Moritz is 15 km away. In summer, hiking trails start right at the house, and deer are often spotted from the windows. The bus stop is only 300 meters away.
