Holiday rentals with a balcony in England

The flat is pristine clean. There are so many extra nice touches -the lights on the night stands have an USB and USB C plugs, each bathroom has its own hairdryer. The cabinet in the bathroom has a small storage bin for toiletries. Extra towels, lots of storage space. The Nespresso machine is top of the line with a steam wand to make lattes. There were 4 Nespresso capsules and instant coffee to get us through the morning until we could pick up groceries. The Tube is 1-2 minutes walking distance with groceries, bars and restaurants in the same area. Both bedrooms and the living room have a balcony . Dainius responded promptly and checked in on us several times. Others commented on the noise from the bar on the first floor and I did not think it would be a problem since the bar closes early. However there are tables outside, and on a Friday evening the noise cont'd until 4AM. There are fans in both bedrooms that provided "white noise". Cleanest and nicest rental I've stayed in.

I stayed there for 18 days and I felt like home. Very nice apartment and comfortable, Quiet area, minutes far from centre of Canary Wharf. Host was very friendly and helpful. Fast response when I needed something. I would love to stay there again.

This place was exactly like on the photos, and was super comfy and cosy to stay in!! It was very clean, well-located with Borough or Southwark stations nearby. Also very close to south bank which was great. The four of us stayed there for 3 nights and could not have been more perfect, highly recommend !

Beautiful apartment, great facilities, very clean and tidy. Quiet area, and a perfect stay for a short weekend, beautiful location by the river and great local coffee shop.

Excellent apartment with a very nice view, very well located for activities in O2 (within 10 minutes walking distance) in a safe and nice neighbourhood. We had a small issue during check-in because the code for getting the keys was not correct, but the support team solved it within a few minutes. Only one key is provided for access to the building and apartment, so if several people share the apartment you will need to coordinate to access it.

Jacqueline was the perfect host responding to questions promptly. She accommodated a relatively late request to move our dates by one day which was much appreciated. The apartment was exactly as described and the photos are a true representation. The apartment is tastefully decorated, clutter free and spotlessly clean. The bed is very comfortable making for a good night’s sleep. The apartment is perfectly located for exploring London with London Bridge being very well connected. An added bonus - a magnificent view of the Shard from the bedroom and lounge. We had a fantastic stay and hope to come back again as our trip was too short and sweet. 6 minutes walk to underground station. Peaceful and quiet surroundings with friendly neighbors. Only problem is to open the second front door. There’s two doors at the front, the first door cannot be locked, looks like it’s a wrong key. The second door is hard to open, it takes a huge pressure on the key to turn it open anti clockwise, locking is OK.

We had a great few days at Johan's place - it was perfect for our group of two couples. We used it both a base for getting into central London and as a spot to hunker down and relax. Johan was friendly and responsive - a great host!

Monica’s home is a little slice of paradise in the hustle and bustle of London. Every detail was perfect from her curated art to thoughtfully designed layout. Having a morning coffee and admiring the lush backyard was one of the highlights of my week and I’ll always remember it! The added bonus of your own entrance to the park really was the cherry on top to a perfect stay. If you’re looking for somewhere that wow’s you and a host that makes you feel at home I can’t recommend Monica’s enough. Thanks for having us!

It is better than expected and when we got in it was a pleasant surprise. Stylish and functional. Please mind there are lots of steep stairs to get to both levels.

The space worked very well for us. The communal areas were ideal, the kitchen/diner was a good size and well equipped, the sitting room also. The balcony was great and opening the sliding door helped a lot on the hotter days. The bedrooms were comfortable and both en suite bathrooms were great. The location was the highlight, great views onto the canal and a very short walk into the city. A couple of local shops made things totally convenient. The only things that were less than perfect, but still perfectly manageable, were that the parking was a bit tight, you wouldn't want a large car; the bedroom windows are directly onto a side road up to the canal so keep the blinds closed and be prepared for some noise from passers-by; the place can get very hot on warm days. All in all a great place to stay and I'd recommend it to anybody.

My family of 2 adults, 3 children and a dog(!) had a wonderful stay in Sallys home. We did not want to leave! The house was incredibly comfortable and luxurious. Such a lovely space for a family to relax. A peaceful countryside setting but only a 5 minute drive from the town. Wonderful powerful shower, comfy beds and quality linen throughout. The kitchen was the most thoroughly equipped in any air b&b we have stayed in. We made much use of the lovely garden, BBQ, hot tub and kids toys. Sally was very proactive the instant we booked. We were kindly given an early check in which was greatly appreciated. She even arranged for a stair gate which allowed us to keep our spaniel downstairs. Highly recommended. Thank you for a lovely stay. We would love to return!

This has been one of my favorite Airbnb stays. Perfect location and extremely comfortable and stylish flat. Andy was a wonderful host! Both attentive and accommodating. This is a very special place. Could not recommend enough.

Kelly has curated a stunning home. It is so cosy but yet so spacious and super clean. The view and the balcony are terrific, I spent my time watching the sea change tones of colour. I had fantastic sleep, it was comforting and peaceful throughout. The light through the floor to ceiling windows create a great ambience. Communication with Kelly was excellent, I was able to check in slightly earlier and having the green space opposite was bliss. All in all a delightful experience and space of retreat 💫

Perfect location for a stay in Topsham. Great views of the estuary and the Quay and handy for all the good things that make the town so special. Also great for biking on the Exe trail. The flat has all you could want, very comfortable and a lovely balcony to enjoy watching the world go by. We've been before and will be back again

What a beautiful place to start our dream holiday in Europe. The location was perfect and we took full advantage of the proximity to the Tube and the Thames. As first time visitors to London, Gary was most helpful with tips and recommendations. We felt very at ease sharing his home and appreciated his attention to the little things that made our stay special.

Amazing view over Woolacombe beach - what can be better than watching sunset with a glass of bubbles in a hot tub! The apartment is exactly as advertised, all in perfect order and spotlessly clean. We will definitely return.

Everything was great! The apartment was clean and organized. We had everything we need for our stay. The location was close to underground station so very easy to get to city centre. Fabio is very supportive and responds to everything very quickly. In general highly recommend!

Rod was a great host. Always responsive and genuinely concerned about your stay. regularly checking in to see if I required anything and always flexible. The flat is gorgeous and the view from the 10th floor balcony is stunning. East Village is a great neighborhood with plenty of amenities and Westfield on the doorstep. I would definitely stay here again - Rod is probably the best host I have experienced. We have since become friends!

We had such a wonderful stay. Joanne’s place was beautiful, quiet and clean. She was a wonderful host, providing detailed instructions and was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would absolutely stay here again.

A smart comfortable apartment in a great location for visiting central Liverpool, with the docks, museums and restaurants close by. We also walked to and from Anfield for a concert , which took about 50 minutes .The Check in and out was simple , Lynda communicated how to do this well ..
