We have just had the most incredible stay at Nichola’s place for my sister’s hen do. From the moment we arrived, she was warm and welcoming and met us to show us around. She also came to say bye at the end of our stay and asked how we got on which was lovely. The house itself is amazing and somehow exceeded our expectations- the photos look brilliant but in person it is stunning! Would definitely recommend!

We had the most wonderful week at the Rocket House. James has created the most wonderfully welcoming and enjoyable space. The house was truly more beautiful than we anticipated. It had everything we needed. The amenities were functional and well-appointed. The whole house was well-suited for our needs and was incredibly livable. My favorite part was the windows. If I have to clean up from dinner, the view made it so much more enjoyable. Additionally, the house was spotless and easily accessible. Check-in and check-out were super easy. Also, learning about the history of the house made it more meaningful to discover the specialness of the location and the house's origins. I CANNOT say enough good things about the location. The SW Coast Path is literally just outside the door. The views were stunning. Working with James was a joy. He was communicative, informative, and accommodating. I have already sent this listing to multiple friends!

We had a great stay at the loft! Lots of space inside and the hot tub was lovely for the evenings. Not an issue for us, but there is a lot of road noise! We’d happily stay here again.

Emily and Daniel were brilliant hosts and very easy to communicate with. Their home is beautiful and it was spotlessly clean too. Their pool area is stunning so if you get the weather it’s a really lovely space to enjoy. I would recommend this to anyone looking to spend time in this area, just be aware that the pool area is shared with their home. We were staying as did the Seven Sisters hike one day (40mins drive away). Thank you again for a lovely stay.

Beautiful property - like something out of grand designs! Lovely, peaceful spot in the middle of the countryside with a great local pub within walking distance.

Joe was an amazing host it was our first holiday away and for my little dog to we got ourselves bit lost gave Joe a call it wasn’t a problem he gave very good instructions and we found him and had the best greeting from Joe and Ernie the cottage was absolutely stunning the grounds are breath taking it’s literally a slice of heaven my little dog loved his stay just as much and his new friend Ernie Joe was incredible the whole time couldn’t of asked for better at all we have booked our second stay already it was that amazing keep it up Joe it’s truely amazing

We had a great 4 nights at Lucy’s. The garden is breathtaking, the pool lovely and a short walk takes you to the historic pub (complete with Morris Dancers). Lucy was very welcoming and friendly and the house comfortable and within easy travelling distance of some of the best parts of the Cotswolds. We would love to return. Thanks Lucy!

We had an amazing stay at the barn! Sophie was super responsive. It was the peaceful, relaxing stay we hoped for.

We had a lovely 5 night stay here, and it was everything we needed. The apartment is beautiful, light, comfortable, well equipped, and has a wonderful view of Portreath Beach. Katherine was very helpful and responded very quickly to messages. We would stay again.

My family really enjoyed our stay at Phoebe's place. It was immaculate on arrival which was perfect given I have 2 young children, one of which is crawling but bot yet walking. The high chair was perfect and toys, books and games kept the children entertained. The rooms are all very spacious and well appointed. The decorations throughout make the apartment feel homely and welcoming without feeling cluttered or worrying that the children might break something. Having a washing machine with a quick cycle was very convenient to freshen up clothes and swimwear which is always helpful when travelling with young children. Myself and my parents enjoyed the views from the balcony. The apartment feels very secluded and private, although it is only a short walk to the beach. The walk to the beach is on a hill but you can drive down to the car park by the beach of you have small children or beach equipment and there is ample parking with reasonable charges. We will be back!

My husband, 10-year-old daughter and myself have just returned from a truly amazing week, the property is beautiful, with facilities that far exceeded expectations. We had such a relaxing time; the beds are super comfy; led in bed looking out to sea with a coffee in the morning was a true highlight. The gardens are beautifully kept and being gated and private we had no worries with our daughter playing out. The walk down to Watcombe Beach, albeit steep on the way back up but 100% worth it; we took our paddleboard down and went swimming on a number of occasions, the water is very calm, on 2 occasions we were in the water and within 20ft off us were 2 seals! The hot tub was perfect, lovely fluffy robes provided to keep off the chill. We used the BBQ each evening and ate out on the patio. Susan is an incredible host, nothing is too much trouble, very informative and exceedingly helpful, she really did enhance our stay and made us feel as if we were staying in a home from home.

It’s our 2nd time staying and won’t be our last! Carol and Richard are the perfect hosts and we are so pleased to have found this gem. It’s a great location for exploring the city and an absolutely beautiful flat, so thoughtfully designed with lots of special touches. Would highly recommend.

Lovely spot, we were there for 2 days and found it most relaxing - some good pubs within 2/3 miles and plenty of restaurants in Ripon. Plenty to do - we did a few good walks and visited Fountains Abbey, Ripon and Thirsk all writhin 30 minutes or less. Apartment is great and very comfortable.

Victoria's property is exquisitely decorated and furnished throughout. The location is perfect for a short stroll into the town centre and access to the disused railway walking trail opposite. The living room is large and very light and airy with a high ceiling. Although at first floor level, the back door opens out onto a lovely enclosed garden. Ideal for our dog. Above all, we were very surprised as to how peaceful and quiet the location was. Thoroughly recommend it, couldn't have wished for any more, Victoria had thought of everything.

We had a perfect weekend at Phil and Larraine’s. The apartment was clean, spacious, well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. The outside seating area and garden was lovely. Our hosts were always available if required but also respectful to our privacy. We felt like the place was ours and settled in from minute one. Thank you Phil & Larraine . Had an amazing stay here! The apartment is even better in person – super spacious, full of character, and really well put together. Loved all the little touches that made it feel cosy and luxurious at the same time. Location was perfect for exploring the Peak District, and Wirksworth itself is a lovely little town. Great communication from the host too – everything was really smooth. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at this lovely apartment. It’s stylishly decorated, well-equipped, and just a short walk from the centre of town. The cot and high chair provided were perfect for our 1.5-year-old, and everything was very comfortable and easy. Check-in instructions were clear and straightforward. Parking outside the apartment was full when we arrived on Friday evening, which made unloading a little tricky, but there was space on Sunday when we left so it may just have been the timing. Overall, a really nice base for our weekend and we’d definitely recommend it!

We wrapped up an incredible three-week road trip through the UK with a two-night stay at Tom’s charming coach house flat—and it was the perfect finale. This beautifully appointed second-floor, two-bedroom retreat was ideally situated, just a short and scenic walk (less than 0.8 miles) from the heart of the Old City and the Canterbury Cathedral. With restaurants and groceries conveniently located within three blocks, and every imaginable amenity thoughtfully provided within the flat—including on-property parking and breakfast essentials awaiting us—it exceeded all expectations. The comfort, location, and attention to detail made for an unforgettable stay in Canterbury. Now I truly understand why this Airbnb is so “highly rated”! Tom’s hospitality was exceptional—helpful, informative, and always clear in his communication. A truly lovely experience from start to finish.

This is an absolute gem of a place and location, with views right across the Darent Valley. I only wish we could have stayed longer! The place was spotless and everything had been perfectly prepared and very well thought through (from the local hand-drawn maps right down to the vast array of toiletries on offer). I can't think of a single thing to change or improve about the place. Diana was a lovely host and provided a lot of information prior to arrival. She had also found some suggestions of activities for us tailored to our interests, which was frankly above and beyond. We were very grateful and it was clear a lot of thought had been put in prior to our arrival. I could carry on for pages but in summary, we have already recommend the place to family and friends and we be pleased to offer our recommendation here too.
