Updated in 2018 but still retaining quirky features such as wooden floors upstairs & window frames in the suite . Situated 3 blocks from beach & 1 block from 4th Ave. Friendly area, close to UBC & downtown. Home is divided into 3 levels. We live on main level with long term tenants on upper floor. Free parking on street or 1 car at back. Close to bus routes. Best location for visiting Vancouver.

Quiet, relaxing space in Kits Point

We are located in beautiful Kits Point just a few blocks to the beach and many wonderful restaurants and coffee shops. Enjoy a leisurely stroll to Granville Island or hop on an aqua bus to take you to the West End. A nice half hour to 45 walk from our home will take you downtown. The bus stop is a convenient 5 minute walk. ALTHOUGH THE SUITE DOES NOT HAVE A KITCHEN it has a bar fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and kettle as well as dishes and utensils. Unsuitable for children under 5.

Our guests describe our 1 bdrm self-contained apt. as welcoming, very clean and quiet. It has a well-equipped kitchen with a new dishwasher, a very comfortable couch in the living room you can stretch out on, a queen-size bed for a great night's sleep, and a washer/dryer for your use.
