It has timber floors, a timber deck & outdoor seating & windows with fly screens. There is easy access down a shared driveway to come and go as you please. We have two children, a poodle cross dog, 2 cats, who you may catch a glimpse of if you’re lucky

Location, location, location. This studio is situated in the heart of buzzy Newtown. You can practically smell the coffee from the cafes on busy King Street and yet the studio is quiet and peaceful. Located right across the road from a popular park where there is alway something happening, dog walking, musicians plays their instruments etc. you can even do a tai chi class. The railway station is a short walk away - you can be in the CBD in 3 stops. Sydney Uni & RPA Hospital are also very close.

Lizzie’s private apartment is right in the middle of Enmore across the road from Enmore Theatre could not be easier to arrive at your home park your car safely under the apartment then out for a bite to eat before heading off for a show at the famous Enmore Theatre. Not only are there some of the best choices of restaurants but also cocktail bars. The apartment is beautifully appointed with every facility you need for a relaxing stay and being so close to everything it was peacefully quite so a sleep in was totally possible. I am looking forward to my next night out in the inner west and definitely staying in this apartment. Peter and Valerio

We had a fantastic stay! A beautiful space and we really appreciated the quality fittings and furniture as well as all the extras supplies. The area has so much to explore - highly recommended. Hosts were excellent and communication couldn’t have been better. We were very grateful for flexible check in/out when we enquired!

Modern Newtown Gem

Frank’s place is a very well designed studio apartment. There’s good storage for a short or long stay. The kitchen is well equipped. The sofa is comfortable as is the bed. There’s a washer/dryer, iron and soap powder etc which means not having to schlepp to a supermarket. Frank was very helpful explaining how to check in. There’s buses at the doorstep and two stations within easy walking distance. You can’t hear the traffic from busy King St but the area is on the airport flight path. I’m a very light sleeper and wasn’t fussed by this at all. Noting a curfew is in place between 11pm and 6am. There’s also a small balcony and seating out there. Highly recommended.

This was a wonderful place to stay for a few days in Sydney. A great location, at the doorstep of so many restaurants and bars, but inside the apartment is a peaceful oasis. Lots of public transport options available. Good, clear communication from the hosts. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay! Katerina was an outstanding host. The house is lovely and very well appointed. We had everything we needed. Super comfortable beds and perfect outdoor entertainment deck. I was travelling with my 2 fur babies and they loved the dog friendly parks. I was very impressed with how well connected the house was to the city. Only 6 mins on the train to the CBD. We will definitely be back. Thank you again
