To begin with, I had a lovely stay. The apartment is excellent, very well arranged, clean, well-equipped, quiet neighborhood, right next door even on foot there is everything (restaurants, café, monoprix, pharmacy...) Internet access Parking Access Rami welcomed me, I thank him, he is very respectful and dynamic during the whole stay he was available, he responded to all my additional requests frankly I highly recommend it, thank you Raoua and Rami we will certainly spend our next stay with you, nchalah. I want to thank SLIM for his hospitality and availability, arriving at the airport I already find a text from him asking if I arrived. Very flexible and gives you the feeling that it's there to make sure you have a good stay. For the accommodation, it is in a private residence, clean, quiet, well-equipped and shops are nearby. Conclusion, I confirm and I will make the same choice next time.

Great location outside of thr city center in a cool and modern neighbourhood that is close to Carthage and the airport. Ryan gave great instructions with very clear information how to check in. The apartment was modern and had everything you need for a short stay in Tunis. Some of the better internet we had over a week in Tunisia too.

Bilel is a golden host. He gave me a very good welcome and we communicated during the stay when I had something to ask him about the apartment or the place to park the car. The apartment is ideally located with Sidi Bou Said and the Marsa Corniche nearby and the place is totally quiet at night. This is the perfect place to rest in the evening. 100% recommended

The apartment is nice, well-maintained, well and practically furnished, cozy. All the essentials are available to function for a few days. Close to shops and main road. Quiet and peaceful, the building was very nice and safe. The only downside is the balcony quite high, the lack of a nice view and the balcony furniture would suggest replacing with newer and more comfortable ones.

We felt right at home during our comfortable stay. Our host was so welcoming and provided some truly excellent local recommendations.

Medhi’s place is just like the listing and the rooftop with pool is amazing. Stunning views across the sea and city. The rooms are ideal for 4 people - very spacious and the apartment very well appointed. There’s a supermarket 3 mins walk away which is handy and 4 or 5 very good restaurants nearby. The apartment is close to the beach and also the key out of town sights. It’s an easy 20 min drive into the centre of Tunis. We had a great stay.
