The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. Huset er på 2 etager, nyere køkken, badeværelse, spiseplads og et stort rum ovenpå med sofagruppe, 2 enkelt og en dobbeltseng. Der er udgang til terrasse med udsigt over hestefolde og skoven i baggrunden. Der er egen indgang og adgang til hyggelig gårdhave med spa. Der 1 km til Herfølge station som har hurtig tog til Køge og København. 4,5 km til Køge golfklub.

Welcome to our cottage located in lovely Karrebæksminde. Close to dining and great shopping. The home: 80 m2 with kitchen in open connection with living room. 2 rooms with double beds. Nice bathroom with exit to small courtyard with sauna and outdoor shower. Outside there is a large wooden terrace with furniture. There are duvets, pillows and kitchen utensils for 6 people. The house is well insulated. It has a heat pump and a pellet stove, so it's good for winter holidays.

Cozy cottage located at Ore beach, only 5 min. walk to child-friendly beach with bathing bridge. Ore Strand is an extension of Vordingborg city, where there are good shopping opportunities, cozy cafes and lots of nature and cultural experiences. It is a 10-minute drive to the highway, where you can reach Copenhagen to the north and Rødby harbor to the south in an hour.

The cottage is in a quiet cottage area close to a nice and child-friendly beach within walking distance of the house. On the opposite side of the house, there is a view of the fjord. The house is modernly furnished and built in 2021. We use the house ourselves and enjoy the tranquility of the area.
