Area: about 70 m2 Has living room/kitchen with stove guard, large bedroom (approx. 15 m2), shower/wc with connected bathroom fan with steam sensor and glohett Finnish sauna. Heated floors in all main rooms. NB: Clean-burning wood stove attached. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood

A cottage in the middle of nature, next to good fishy waters.

Peaceful cottage, on the shore of a fishy river. By car, you can't get to the yard, but you can leave the car in the parking lot where you can walk about a kilometer marked path. In the winter season, you can ski from the parking lot or you can buy transportation on a snowmobile separately. The cottage does not have basic heat but a wood fireplace. The cabin does not have electricity or running water. The nearest shop is 20km away in Heta. the father-in-law gives a slightly wrong address but correct in the instructions @ gold beetle mock

Just a few hundreds metre of the front channel of the river you find our peaceful, cosy house. You will be able to use one half of the house. The house has two flats which are not connected.
