An 80-square-meter house on a half-hectare plot of native forest that extends to the Blanco River, where you can see an impressive waterfall. It also offers the possibility of enjoying a tinaja for an additional cost of $40,000. The Refuge is located near various local attractions, such as the Osorno Volcano, the Petrohué Falls, Lake Llanquihue, Laguna Verde and the Hueñu Hueñu Park, among others.

The loft sits on top of a small barn. It has large picture windows with a clear view of Lago Llanquihue and Volcan Osorno. There is a small balcony with outdoor seating. The interior decoration is entirely local hardwood, stone, and wool. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a pellet stove that keeps it warm even on sub freezing days. The loft is a 20 minute walk from Puerto Varas center.
