A very small, refurbished studio with own entrance on the bottom floor of our house in a quiet area, close to Stockholm city (15 min by subway.) The studio is in the basement. My family with childen live in the house, so you might hear us moving around. An 8-10 min walk to the subway stations Svedmyra, green line19, or Subway station Tallkrogen, green line 18. Close by, walking distance, a supermarket, parks, restaurants and nice walking areas. Own entrance with code lock. No pets. Welcome 😊

A Beautiful one bedroom apartment

Viveks lägenhet A nice and cozy apartment with all the necessities needed for a pleasant stay short as longterm. The apartment is just over a year old, everything is new and fresh, the bus stop is right outside, which goes, among other places, to Älvsjö Station were the Commuter train goes to Arlanda airport. But the Metro station (Högdalen or Bandhagen) is only 8 minutes walk distance from the apartment, and then 19 minutes to StockholmCity. In Högdalencentre there is all the service you need.

Newly renovated, fresh studio with own entrance and bathroom in private part of villa. The house is located in a quiet part of Älvsjö but only 25 min to Stockholm city and 4km to the Stockholm international fair. The Studio has a complete kitchen (incl. washing machine) with cozy dining area. It is Scandinavian decorated with great accuracy and a lot of charm. Wifi is provided. Welcome to our traditional Swedish red and white cottage - a 103 year old lady with a friendly atmosphere. Very calm and lush area – only a 9 min trainride from Stockholm city! Walking distance to Älvsjö International Fairs. Lovely surroundings, 5 min from the Älvsjö forest which is a nature reserve with fireplaces, trails, workout spaces. 10 minute walk to Älvsjö torg with shops, restaurant, cafés and the commuter train that will take you to Stockholm city in 9 minutes.

Welcome to a detached tiny house located in Älvsjö. From here you have a walking distance to Älvsjömässan as well as to buses and commuter trains that will take you into Stockholm city in ten minutes. The house is furnished with one 120 cm bed. Kitchen area with stove, microwave and refrigerator. Basic kitchen equipment/crockery. WC/shower. There is a washing machine access during longer stays, as agreed.

The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.

This lovely apartment is located right by Årsta Torg, with its large selection of restaurants and cozy surroundings. There are excellent transport links to both Stockholm city and Arlanda, making it easy to plan your stay. Magical balcony in sunny location and just 15 minutes walk to the water and swimming jetty in Årstaviken.
