The farm of the stream, field and river, the flowers

This accommodation has a private outdoor jacuzzi. The idea is to be able to enjoy the space, the green, the animals. Through the property passes a stream (the cure) that communicates with the rio gualeguaychu on the edge we have a dock and you can fish (golden food, sabalos and some boga) very rich by the way. There is also the possibility of kayaking or rowing boat. We are only 30 blocks from the corsodrome, ideal to spend the day in the pool and the countryside and the night in the center.

Increible casa moderna en chacra con 100 m de costa de río a 170 km de CF. Se accede por tierra, es un loteo cerrado de chacras, con caminos no transitados por terceros. A 20 min del pueblo de Villa Paranacito. Tiene fogon con parrilla, muelle para pesca, río navegable y seguro, kayaks. Dos has de campo para pasear. Increíbles fogones, almuerzos en la galería, desayunos mirando el campo y atardeceres sobre el río. Un oasis de paz muy cerca de la ciudad. Se alquila solo para uso familiar.

Campo en la Colonia Suiza con 5 cuartos en suite distribuidas en 2 casas. La principal tiene 3 habitaciones, todas en suite (2 matrimioniales y la otra con 2 indiv). La casa tiene un amplio living, comedor, playroom con espacio de tele (DirectTV), cocina con comedor diario, dependencia y una amplia galeria. La segunda casa queda a unos 400 metros y tiene 2 habitaciones (ambas en suite, 1 cama matrimonial y la otra con 4 individuales). Alquileres mensuales unicamente.

This place is good for holidays with a large family (or 2 families) or a group of up to 12 people. There is plenty of space in the park. You can play soccer or table tennis, swim in the pool, or fire up the grill for a good asado. Contact with animals is also possible. The Casero has cows, horses, sheep, geese and chickens. Riding for children is also possible on request. Baradero is 15 km away, the house can be reached directly from Ruta 41.

Our vineyard is located in the eastern part of the city of Paraná, less than 10 minutes from the civic and commercial center. It is four hectares with a large part of its surface area covered in native vegetation. The vineyard and buildings built with raw earth and sustainability criteria are nestled there. There are three separate cabins, which share the pool area and outdoor space. But each one has its own grill/barbecue with a table.
