The house offered by Laurent is perfect for hosting a family or several travelers. The area is quiet, 10 minutes from the access to Lake Bourget. Gresy train station is only a few minutes from the house, making it easy to visit Annecy. The house is perfectly equipped, clean and in all respects in accordance with the description. Laurent was proactive in facilitating our access to the house, and was super responsive in responding to our few requests. Great, we'll be back.

We enjoyed our time with Warren and Catherine very much. Ideal stay for families who like animals. We thank you and will certainly be happy to come back. Warm recommendation.

We really enjoyed Frédérique and Jacques' cottage. Extremely well-equipped, with very nice little details, very clean. Very nice environment around. We are a group of 10 friends who came to enjoy the weekend in the area for a trail and we were delighted. We were very well received by Aydugan. The house is beautiful, warm, and has all the necessary amenities. The heated pool is a real plus. We'll be back!

The most amazing spot! We had the most perfect stay with our 2 year old son. The house was exactly as described and spotless with the bonus of parking. The host was so helpful and very gracious, despite our timekeeping. The terrace was superb with stunning sunset views. We loved driving along to Talloires which had great restaurants, along with an amazing boulangerie (Le Fournil de mon Père). The beaches in Talloires and Angon were great. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Such a great space, very cozy and comfortable, covered deck areas to enjoy what ever the weather. good parking and we loved the pool. Sophie was a great host and we would happily stay again.

Great stay at Dominique's, the apartment is very comfortable and very well-equipped. We were hosted very well, and the walking distance to the lake is a real plus. The only small inconvenience is the proximity of the apartment to the road, which sometimes disturbs the serenity!

Excellent location to enjoy this beautiful region and all the amenities (shops and bike rentals close by). We had a great stay in this beautiful, spacious and particularly well-equipped accommodation. Sandrine is a charming and available person who took the time to welcome us and give us advice for our stay. There is all the baby equipment available (bed, high chair, bathtub) as well as books and toys for children. Everything is thought out to feel good. We'll be happy to go back!

Everything was great! Fabrice's very warm welcome, the brand new studio is of very high quality and the equipment ( kitchen, bathroom, etc...) better than we can hope for.... even with very pleasant touches ( coffee, herbal tea, condiments etc .) Recommended +++ only regret not having enjoyed it longer ...

We had a very nice and relaxing time in this apartment with the wonderful panoramic terrace. What was not visible in the photos: She also had a spacious covered terrace on the side of the house! 🤩 The apartment is very well equipped and very comfortable.

We had a great stay at Nina's, the apartment is spacious, well thought out, quiet. It is located a few minutes from the lake and we were able to fully enjoy the activities of the lake! The proximity of restaurants, water activities, the beach is ideal for a stay, including without a vehicle. Nina is a very nice host, eager for your stay to be successful. We will be back!

We had a pleasant and quiet stay. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable. It is strictly in accordance with the photos. Bedding is high quality We really enjoyed the outdoor space with garden furniture and deckchairs. The accommodation is about 30 minutes from Annecy. We would recommend this listing.

2-night stay: I recommend Alain's studio, very bright, beautiful view of the mountain and also of the outdoor parking, large studio with everything you need (bed linen, coffee, internet). The plus: a closed garage in the basement, for a small vehicle such as a 208. Located in the city center, everything is done on foot. The only downside is that the residence is built on a slope, so the ground floor is not the ground floor but the minus 1, so it's complicated to find your way from the basement to the exit. I did not meet Alain (independent arrival) but as soon as I had a question, he responded very quickly by SMS or call.

The stay was lovely and in good proximity to Annecy Lake. Would love to come back someday!

Beautiful little place to visit the region, but a little far from the center to go on foot. Very good communication with Marie Claire if it's a little rigid on departure times... but I recommend it!

We had the most wonderful stay, Séverine was incredibly welcoming and even arranged for us to be picked up from the station! On arrival in the apartment we were given a detailed tour and they accompanied the welcome with a gift box which was very kind! The apartment itself is gorgeous and the additions of the tennis court and swimming pool included make it incredible value for money, not to mention the apartment being only a 20-30 minute walk from both the lake and the town! We cannot recommend enough!

Great stay at Maryline's! The accommodation was perfectly as described, clean, comfortable and in a good location. The welcome was warm and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this accommodation and I will not hesitate to come back during my next visit to Aix-les-Bains.

Thoma was always very kind and accommodated our request for both early check-in and extended check-out. The accommodation is very nice and is located in a very quiet area in the green of the "bagues", a few minutes from the Rumilly lake and only 10 minutes from Annecy. I would gladly return to Thomas' accommodation, a great experience.
