Great spot to stay in, heads up the lock turns 3 times to fully get secured, good area and a nice 10-20 min walk to anything you need

Super location many great restaurants right out the door, modern, clean, low noise but within 5 minute walk to all the action that Ploblado is famous for. Felt very safe.

Fredy was such a great host. We stayed there over a month and we’re very happy. He was always responsive - even willing to drive two hours when we lost the key! Thankfully we found the key, but the gesture was so appreciated. Excellent location, apartment and host. Thanks Fredy!

This was our 2nd stay here and we still love it. Great location close to many restaurants, bars, and transportation. Gets a lil noisy on weekend nights so plan excursions accordingly. Definitely recommend!

Natalia’s loft was an amazing stay. From the sauna to the fully equipped kitchen to in unit laundry, you really couldn’t ask for much more. WiFi was decently fast. Doormen were extremely kind. There is construction nearby so if you’re noise sensitive it might not be the easiest stay. But hopefully it’s temporary. We were totally fine with the noise level. Outside of that it’s extremely quiet, and construction usually stops by 3PM or so. I would highly recommend Natalia’s, and I hope to come back again soon!

My stay was amazing! Alejandro was incredibly attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. Marta was also very kind, checking in on me and always ready to help. I really appreciated their hospitality and support. I felt comfortable and well taken care of—highly recommend!

Staying at this Airbnb in El Poblado was exactly what I needed. The space was clean, modern, and had everything I could ask for fast Wi-Fi, a super comfy bed, strong A/C, and a balcony with a view. The location was perfect, tucked away just enough to be quiet and peaceful at night, but still within walking distance of amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife. Parque Lleras and Provenza were just a short walk away, but I always felt safe coming back. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly.

This apartment and building is my home away from home when visiting Medellin. This unit is beautiful and comfortable I have stayed several times here and its always my first choice when visiting. Host is responsive and always willing to help make your stay outstanding.

I really enjoyed the place. The location is very good for going out in the Laureles area and moving towards Comuna 13. The place is comfortable.

1. Maintain "Good Value Price" for continued return rental. 2. Mention distance to park and restaurants. Diego offers extra amenities that are not mentioned, like extra drinks in the refrigerator (including WATER), beer and soft drinks. On kitchen counter were tidbits to taste and eat. Coffee, etcetera. Diego, obviously cares about how renters will react to their stay.

Definitely that Parceros House is one of the best Airbnbs we have been in, we are nomads and working from this place was incredible, they have the best coworking, they make you feel at home, extra points to the hosts and Carolina who is in charge of the cleanliness of the place, always with the best attitude to help. fantastic location and very well equipped kitchen and cool bedroom upstairs. nice shower with hot water and nice laundry area with laundry detergent. Immediately in front of the Airbnb is an outdoor free gym and beside it is a soccer/basketball/volleyball fenced in court. loved the place and Myriam is very sweet and will definitely be back.

Wonderful place. I stayed here for a month and a half during my stay in Medellin and miss it already. Fantastic location, stylish ( (and fully stocked) apartment, and Johana is a joy of a host. Highly recommend.
