Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Épinay-sur-Seine

No regrets at all in booking this place. It is half an hr away by taxi to Paris and probably 1hr via public transpo. Bus is very accessible just 3-5min walk from this home. So convenient. Love the cozy vibes of the house and you got everything that you need in your stay. The host is also very approachable. Waited for us when we checked in very late and was glad to show us around the house of what will be used and needed. Overall very satisfied, we even think this could be a place again for us ehen we get back to Paris with our kids! We can manage to fit because it is comfortable and also lots of ventilation if you need it. So happy we booked this place even if it was last minute booking already as we had no plans at all. Will definitely refer this to our friends coming over. Thank you!!!

Wir haben uns von Anfang an gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberfamilie war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Trotz der Tatsache, dass die Unterkunft auf demselben Grundstück wie das Haus der Eigentümer liegt, konnte man jederzeit für sich sein. Paris war perfekt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Das Auto konnten wir die ganze Woche direkt auf dem Grundstück sicher parken. Auch eine Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt konnte problemlos mit dem Fuss erreicht werden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Der Aufenthalt war super. Die Unterkunft war sehr privat & schön. Auch Jessica war sehr gut erreichbar & äußerst hilfsbereit. Es war alles da, von Geschirr über Töpfe bis hin zu Bettwäsche & Waschmaschine. Sogar Waschpulver, wer keine Allergie hat, hätte es nutzen können. Ein kleines Heft im Wohnbereich hatte auch ein paar Tipps zu Unternehmungen & Erklärungen zum Haus. Leider nur auf französisch, aber mit moderner Technik schnell übersetzt. Einfach fotografieren und vom Handy übersetzten lassen. Der Park ist nicht sehr weit, mit Blick über Paris & Nachbarschaft ist recht ruhig. Wenn man nach Paris z.B. zum Eifelturm will dauert es fast eine Stunden mit Bus & Bahn. Aber die Anbindung ist gut & günstig. Für Deutsche eher gewöhnungsbedürftig war die laute Heizung beim Duschen, wegen der dünnen Wände. Aber uns hat es nicht gestört. Wir haben und ganz wohl gefühlt und sind sehr zufrieden.

Quel havre de paix cette petite maison d’un quartier pavillonnaire de la banlieue de Paris: un jardin très confidentiel, à 15min à pied du RER C soit 40 min de Paris. Nous avons été reçu avec beaucoup de flexibilité par Océane qui nous a laissé des boissons fraîches dans le frigo et des snacks, la maison était extrêmement propre, et nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse au soleil avec aucun vis-à-vis, en étant en sécurité (portail fermé à clé, caméra extérieure). Les chambres sont spacieuses, l’une d’elles avec une jolie cheminée, le salon a été décoré avec goût. Océane laisse plein de produits de bain ce qui est pratique pour les voyageurs en avion. Nous avons pu profiter du calme du quartier qui nous a permis de dormir paisiblement. En Uber cela nous a pris le soir 30 min pour arriver depuis Paris. Nous apprécions particulièrement les échanges et la résolution rapide d’Oceane qui a répondu immédiatement quand on a eu un souci de connection au wifi et qui l’a réglé. À bientôt et merci

Talals place was a nice stay for our short trip. Only a 10 minute walk to the Metro made things very easy for us.

Nima es un anfitrión EXCELENTE super recomendado. Desde el minuto 1 estuvo al pendiente de todo, desde que llegué al aeropuerto, se comunicó conmigo y me ayudó a trasladarme hasta su casa. Fue flexible y compresivo con los horarios de entrada y salida. A pesar de no manejar el idioma de ambos, llegamos a un punto medio en el cual nos pudimos comunicar muy bien. Atento, empatico, amable, educado, servicial y muy cercano. Su amabilidad y gentileza fue de otro mundo y me recibió con café, galletas y un par de rosas de su jardín. Vamos ¡un encantador nato! Sin duda alguna repetiré, la estadía en su casa.

Het appartement ligt in een groene en rustige buurt. Praktisch ingericht en heel schoon. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst door Jérémie en hij gaf nauwkeurige informatie over het appartement en de omgeving. Supermarkt, bakker zijn om de hoek en het treinstation is ook binnen korte loopafstand te bereiken. Je zit binnen een kwartier in Parijs. Het Italiaanse restaurant San Marco is dichtbij en het eten is heerlijk. Bij een volgend bezoek zou ik zo weer boeken bij Jérémie en Kitkat. Rustig thuiskomen na een bruisend Parijs.

David and Sonia’s place was great! The location is perfect—the train station is right across from the apartment and can get you to all the main points of interest in Paris in an hour or less. There’s also a grocery store and plenty of restaurants nearby. The place was clean and smelled great when we arrived. They also provide free tea bags and coffee pods, which was a nice touch. One of the most underrated features for me was the shower pressure—it was amazing! The apartment felt very safe and comfortable. Check-in was smooth and easy, and David and Sonia were responsive and friendly hosts. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Vielen lieben Dank an Camille und Elsa. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wie zu Hause gefühlt. Als der Föhn nicht funktionierte, haben sie sofort für Ersatz gesorgt und waren auch sonst bei allen Fragen für uns da. Die Gegend ist sehr multikulturell und wir haben uns immer sicher gefühlt. Bis ins Zentrum dauert es mit den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nur 20-30 min. Ladet Euch am besten die SNFC App runter. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit.

The apt was incredible and Julien was a great host. He left little surprises throughout the apt for us and even left us a parting gift. The neighborhood was very family friendly and it was great for late evening walks to cool off. Apt had everything we could have possibly needed and Julien was even able to accommodate our early check in time. Highly recommend staying here is you are visiting Paris!

Mi estancia ha sido estupenda. Todo fue fácil. Me dieron todas las facilidades para acceder antes de la hora de check-in y de recibirme en el apartamento. La estancia es tranquila, segura, y de fácil acceso. Muy cercana a un centro comercial con todo lo necesario, cerca de los transportes públicos que llevan directamente a Gare du Nord y demás conexiones de metro y RER.

Die Unterkunft von Julian ist Sehr empfehlenswert. Diese liegt zwar etwas weit von Paris entfernt aber mit der Regionalbahn ist man schnell da. Wir hatten da einen schönen Aufenthalt und würde diese bei der nächsten Gelegenheit noch einmal buchen. Merci Julien!

Asunto oli hieno, tilava ja rauhallinen. Se vastasi kuvausta. Majoituimme viikon, joten oli hienoa, kun saimme nukuttua hyvin. Metrolla pääsi hyvin kulkemaan ja lähellä oli tarvittavat kaupat ruokaostosten tekemiseen. Francois oli oikein ystävällinen ja auttavainen. Voisimme yöpyä uudelleen.

C’est toujours un plaisir de retourner chez Sandra. Studio très propre, bien équipé, bien situé. La place de parking est très appréciable. Sandra est très réactive et fait tout pour rendre votre séjour agréable. Je recommande vivement ce studio.

Logement facile d'accès et surtout coller à la gare donc très pratique pour se déplacer dans les alentours de Paris. Je recommande.

It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.
