Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Épinay-sur-Seine

Some of the best parts about vacations are the memories. Our extended stay of two weeks at Isabelle’s home brings us memories of quiet nights, relaxing mornings and a home-away-from-home. We enjoyed the fully fitted kitchen after shopping at the Farmers Market in town. Our day trips into Paris were eventful, but we were always happy to get back to Croissy for the evening. Isabelle has been able to incorporate a sensible and sophisticated design in her flat. An attentive host that reached out to us during our stay to make sure our experience would measure up to her expectations as a premier owner. We departed Croissy as happy travelers with fond remembrances.

I can't say enough wonderful things about our stay at Tanedice apartment! From the moment we arrived, we were late for checking in due to flight delays we had, but she handled it well to make sure we can get in inside. The apartment was not only spotless but also beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home. Tanedice went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and being available for any questions. The location was perfect - close to train but the neighborhood is loud especially at night due to the people outside. The space itself was cozy, comfortable, and well-equipped. Thank you so much for your hospitality. Your attention to detail and warm personality made our stay truly memorable. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and look forward to staying here again in the future!

Nelson was more than kind as I stayed the night before flying out. He helped me locate a restaurant open on Sunday (surprisingly good pizza) and when I was worried about locating the car rental return, he sent photos which helped immensely and made it much easier to navigate. The place was spotless and has lovely glass doors to open to let in the breeze. The flat was on the ground floor, so a large light-blocking screen allowed for privacy by lowering it to around knee level while leaving the doors open (or closing it to sleep). There are also blinds that let in lots of light, but they’re not helpful if the doors are open. If you want to return a full tank in a rental, I suggest you do it on your way to the flat - the flat is so close to the terminals you probably won’t pass a station (even the one that’s right before CDG) on your way. Also, the dedicated parking was great - perfect for rearranging items in luggage before loading the car. Overall, perfect for my CDG flight!

우리는 지난 3박동안 최고의 집에서 최고의 시간을 보냈다고 생각합니다. 먼저 집의 위치와 내부시설이 너무 훌륭했습니다. 집은 조용하고 쾌적했으며, 주위에 식당과 마켓이 많이 있어서 아주 좋았습니다. 거실을 비롯한 내부의 모든 인테리어도 프렌치 스타일이어서 정말로 파리에 온 느낌을 받았습니다. 가전 및 주방시설도 최고였습니다. 두번째로 호스트가 직접 우리를 만나서 친절하게 집에 대해 설명해 주어서 감동을 받았습니다. 문을 여는 방법, 주방시설 사용 방법, 가전용품 사용법등등 집의 사용 설명에 대한 완벽한 가이드였습니다. 특히 무료로 제공받은 웰컴와인은 정말 맛이 있었습니다. 세번째로, 서재에 있는 레코드와 cd 소리 너무 좋았습니다. 오래된 레코드판을 들으면서 옛 감성에 빠졌고, 특히 바하, 마리아 칼라스, 에디뜨 피아쁘의 음악은 최고였습니다. 모든 것이 따뜻하고 안락했으며, 마치 내집처럼 편안히 쉬고 가는 느낌입니다. 다음에 파리에 오면 꼭 다시 올 생각입니다. 다시 한번 좋은 집을 빌려 주셔서 감사드립니다.

un séjour parfait logement était très bien rangé et sentait le Propre et facile d'accès. Merci

Location was midway b/w airport and Paris city center. Allowed us to stay out of the hustle and bustle except when we went into the city. Easy drop off and pick up for Uber. Location had washer and drying rack which was needed after 8 days of travel. Both rooms were as described. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was clean and ready if we had. Overall, host was very proactive with communication and checked in appropriately for check in and check out. Thanks Patrick!

Das Apartment war super schön eingerichtet und die Kommunikation war klasse. Alles hat super geklappt. Es war eine wunderschöne Zeit dort - immer gerne wieder .

Wonderful spot to stay at! The neighborhood is quite clean and the blackout curtains in the room were perfect. Very accessible by public transportation.

Geschmackvoll und individuell eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären am liebsten länger geblieben um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Sehr ruhiges, sauberes Wohngebiet, ideal um vom Trubel im Paris runter zu kommen. Vielleicht ein anderes Mal wieder

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

Der Aufenthalt war super. Die Unterkunft war sehr privat & schön. Auch Jessica war sehr gut erreichbar & äußerst hilfsbereit. Es war alles da, von Geschirr über Töpfe bis hin zu Bettwäsche & Waschmaschine. Sogar Waschpulver, wer keine Allergie hat, hätte es nutzen können. Ein kleines Heft im Wohnbereich hatte auch ein paar Tipps zu Unternehmungen & Erklärungen zum Haus. Leider nur auf französisch, aber mit moderner Technik schnell übersetzt. Einfach fotografieren und vom Handy übersetzten lassen. Der Park ist nicht sehr weit, mit Blick über Paris & Nachbarschaft ist recht ruhig. Wenn man nach Paris z.B. zum Eifelturm will dauert es fast eine Stunden mit Bus & Bahn. Aber die Anbindung ist gut & günstig. Für Deutsche eher gewöhnungsbedürftig war die laute Heizung beim Duschen, wegen der dünnen Wände. Aber uns hat es nicht gestört. Wir haben und ganz wohl gefühlt und sind sehr zufrieden.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Angèle et son mari étaient très accueillant et flexible concernant les heures d’arrivée et de départ, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. L’endroit est extrêmement paisible, parfait pour se reposer. Le petit jardin est magnifique, très bien entretenu et invite à la détente. Nous recommandons vivement !

Rust en ruimte en toch dichtbij Parijs. Met de trein ben je er in 40 minuten voor €2,50. Station binnen 5 minuten bereikbaar. Appartement heeft wel lage plafonds dus als je boven de 175cm lang bent dan moet je bukken in de deuren. Alles is wel in de appartement dus alleen je eigen kleding meenemen. Bedankt voor een gezellige verblijf.

La maison est très accueillante et spacieuse, notamment le bureau et les chambres. 1 table et 6 chaises dans la salle à manger et la même chose dans le jardin, laissant la possibilité de manger dehors sans contrainte. Les points positifs : 2 des chambres proposent une chambre annexe très pratique. Tous les produits nécessaires étaient à disposition (liquide vaisselle, tablettes lave-vaisselle, sopalin, torchons...) et la cuisine est bien équipée (dont 3 cafetières !). La télé bénéficie des chaînes d'une box. La présence de 2 toilettes est un plus et le jardin est très agréable. Lionel s'est montré très disponible et réactif. Les points moins positifs : Les escaliers grincent mais ne gênent pas le sommeil pour autant (même pour les gens au sommeil léger comme moi) et une organisation est nécessaire pour les douches avec une seule salle de bain pour 6. Ces petits détails n'ont pour autant rien gâché au séjour et la maison a été très appréciée à l'unanimité ! Je recommande ce logement !

Merci à Iteb pour son accueil. Le logement est spacieux, propre, confortable et ultra connecté. L'emplacement piscine et SPA est tout simplement genial, avec écran et projecteur pour regarder un film les pieds dans l'eau. Et le tout 100% privatif. Bref ce logement est une perle rare, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir 😁

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

Zunächst, ich bin neu hier und habe keinerlei Vergleichsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren 2 Pärchen für 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Es gibt eine Toilette in dieser Wohnung, was in der Regel ausreichend ist. Die Bäder sind etwas ungerecht aufgeteilt. Im großen Schlafzimmer ist eine große Dusche direkt auf dem Zimmer. Das ist definitiv die bessere Wahl. Das kleinere Schlafzimmer hat nur indirekten Zugang auf ein Bad welches sehr klein ist und eine Minidusche hat. Das reicht zum duschen aus, komfortabel ist allerdings anders. Das Wohnzimmer ist riesig. Die Küche ebenfalls. Leider gibt es keinen Geschirrspüler. Braucht nicht jeder, sollte aber Standard sein. Platz dafür wäre reichlich. Die Teppiche im Wohnraum haben keinen guten Halt auf dem Betonfussboden. Grad vor der Küchenzeile war das nicht ganz ungefährlich. Die Wohneinheit hat keine Klimaanlage. Grad zur Sommerzeit ist das ungünstig. Die Aussicht ist unbezahlbar. Blick über die Stadt traumhaft.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Asunto oli hieno, tilava ja rauhallinen. Se vastasi kuvausta. Majoituimme viikon, joten oli hienoa, kun saimme nukuttua hyvin. Metrolla pääsi hyvin kulkemaan ja lähellä oli tarvittavat kaupat ruokaostosten tekemiseen. Francois oli oikein ystävällinen ja auttavainen. Voisimme yöpyä uudelleen.

Audrey’s place is on our Favorites List! The apartment was clean, cute & comfy with restful décor & plenty of windows for a light & bright environment. The location was in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The Metro was a short walk away so we could get to the most popular areas in Paris easily & return later to a peaceful, calm evening. Several restaurants were nearby, as well as a terrific mid-week Farmer’s Market. The kitchen had plenty of cooking & eating utensils & dishes. The beds were comfortable & a fan was provided for each bedroom to bring in the cool night air. The bathroom was modern with a large tub/shower & the inhouse washer was a big plus. But the best part about Audrey’s place is Audrey! She provided concierge service, allowing us to ship a package to the apt. in advance of our arrival. It was there waiting for us when we opened the door. Instructions to find/access the apt. were very clear & Audrey was responsive to any questions we had. Three cheers for Audrey!!
