Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Erie County

As a family of 8 we don’t do hotel rooms anymore! Nicholas was a wonderful host and the house had so many things a family needs while away! I loved that I didn’t have to pack linens or towels! We had plenty of space for everyone to sleep and the living room was very comfortable for us to relax when we were at the house. We have a crawling infant and the house was safe!! I didn’t have to go around babyproofing and that was great. We were in Erie for a friend’s ordination to the priesthood l, and the house was so convenient to the Cathedral, the churches for his first Mass and the reception! We ended our trip going to Waldameer, and we never had more than a 15-20 minute trip!! Thank you Nicholas.

The pictures of this lake house do not do it justice. The views of the lake from the many windows are stunning. We let the sunrise over the lake wake us up in the morning through the double glass doors in the bedroom and we watched the sunset over the lake from the back patio while eating dinner and sipping wine. We had a lovely stay and tried a few local recommendations from the host. I would definitely stay here again. What a lovely, peaceful, and scenic stay we had.

Jack and Christine’s place is beautiful and comfortable with all the amenities you need for a nice group stay. The historic schoolhouse is clean and decorated with a professional look. Gorgeous! We had a wonderful visit. We were there to see baseball games at UPMC —only a 15-20 minute drive. We highly recommend this Airbnb.

As awesome as the pictures are, they really don't do this place justice! My wife and I we're celebrating our anniversary early and I decided to surprise her with this cottage as it was right up her alley as far as designs, etc go. She also really loves going to Findley Lake for the candle shop, Chautauqua, etc. This was very central to all of her favorite places and the property was beautiful. driving there you pass a lot of rolling hills and farms. Then once we got there it was very private and secluded and had beautiful countryside scenery. Would definitely stay again!

All that I can say is, thank you. This absolutely beautiful home was super-clean and tidy. The property is lakefront and the views are stunning, especially the sunset. Perfect place to gather with family and friends. We enjoyed relaxing and chatting in the great room and spending time on the beach wading in the water and skipping stones. The town is very quaint with several restaurants and an ice cream shop.

Beautiful, we felt right at home! The fenced in backyard and deck was stunning but even more beautiful was the view. The house was in a great condition, very spacious but also private enough as there were only two rooms on each floor. The finished basement was so great and we loved that each floor had a full bathroom. the location was perfect, we were close to downtown and to all the wineries we attended. highly recommend!

We have stayed Ted’s place twice now. Very lovely home, very well stocked with everything you need. Always clean very responsive to any questions, Angie is the best if you need help also. Would stay again.

My stay was absolutely amazing! Josh was an exceptional host ; responsive, kind, and a pleasure to communicate with. Check-in was seamless and very straightforward. The home itself was spotless and far more spacious than it appears from the outside. The high ceilings created a beautiful modern Victorian vibe, blending elegance with rustic charm. It was the perfect space for my family of four. We loved how walkable the location was, just steps from everything in downtown Corry. The large windows filled the space with natural light, creating a warm and uplifting atmosphere. The house also featured fascinating decorative pieces, almost giving it the feel of a boutique museum. Our kids loved the child-safe room with bunk beds and plenty of space for playtime, and there was no shortage of entertainment for adults and teens alike, we had hours of fun right at the house. This will definitely be my go-to place whenever we visit Corry again. We loved every moment of our stay!

Terri was an outstanding hostess, simply indescribable in her gentleness, courtesy, and kindness. Her home is gorgeous, and her garden is breathtaking, truly the most beautiful view you'll find in Erie. The entire place is wonderfully cozy and impeccably clean. Recommended 100%

This is my second time at Caroline's place and I loved it as much this time as last time. Caroline is a very gracious and responsive host. The house is spotless and is stocked very well. I highly recommend it! It is in a very quiet nice neighborhood and has a lovely back and front porch with beautiful view of neighbor's gardens from back porch.

such a cool place to stay! Jay and cohost were very friendly and welcoming. I had one minor issue that was taken care of almost immediately! I definitely recommend and would stay again in the future!

Excellent stay for a medical rotation study space. Dan was very responsive! I had everything I needed so I didn’t need to contact him. I was there during the rainy season and the balcony was a nice addition to enjoy coffee while listening to the storms. The neighbors were quiet with exception to about once a week when they would practice piano and singing. It was just loud enough for me to hear in the background of cooking and studying. Not obtrusive but almost like my own private concert. I found it to be a nice surprise because they are quite talented. They were never heard after 8pm. Easy <10 minute drive to LECOM and Gannon. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Walmart grocery, Factor meals, and DoorDash delivered easily. The back steps are steep as mentioned in the description (which I did not appreciate until after leg day at the gym lol), but this is typical for historic homes. Overall, I highly recommend this very clean, very spacious, and conveniently located property.

Stopped with my wife and 3 month old for a night while road tripping back home. Space was clean and tina provided good nstructions. There was a good amount of resturants and convient stores nearby.

Don was great company and does a great job at taking care of any needs. Great atmosphere and sceneries. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a nice quiet place with great company.
