Great house and enjoyed the indoor pool.

We took our kids up skiing for their second time. The place was convenient, clean and spacious. Check in and check out instructions are very detail and helpful. We loved it! We definitely want to go again. If this place is available BOOK IT

Had everything we needed. Place was clean and the host had good communication.

The home was actually better than the photos! It was extremely clean, first class, and well appointed. The attention to detail was amzing. She even left little snack baskets out for us. We had 3 kids aged 5 to 14 with us and there were tons of games and activities in the house for them to use. The dining table was large enough to hold all of us comfortably (we had 7 people). The kitchen had everything we could have wanted. There was firewood already cut up and ready to use in the fireplace. We also like how the house was laid out. The kids pretty much had the lower level, the main level was parents and main living areas, and the grandparents had the nice upper loft level. We had several questions during our stay and Denise was expremely responsive in helping us out. We hope to be able to return for another vacation.

Perfect for what we were looking for. Very convenient ski in/out right off the slopes. Very responsive host and very clean.

As a family of 8 we don’t do hotel rooms anymore! Nicholas was a wonderful host and the house had so many things a family needs while away! I loved that I didn’t have to pack linens or towels! We had plenty of space for everyone to sleep and the living room was very comfortable for us to relax when we were at the house. We have a crawling infant and the house was safe!! I didn’t have to go around babyproofing and that was great. We were in Erie for a friend’s ordination to the priesthood l, and the house was so convenient to the Cathedral, the churches for his first Mass and the reception! We ended our trip going to Waldameer, and we never had more than a 15-20 minute trip!! Thank you Nicholas.

Jack and Christine’s place is beautiful and comfortable with all the amenities you need for a nice group stay. The historic schoolhouse is clean and decorated with a professional look. Gorgeous! We had a wonderful visit. We were there to see baseball games at UPMC —only a 15-20 minute drive. We highly recommend this Airbnb.

We loved our stay at Nautical Nook! We went to Presque Isle and Waldameer amusement park during our stay. We were very close to those attractions staying at this house. Very clean and cute house. Mike was an excellent host. He was very welcoming and kind. We had a very pleasant stay and would stay at this location again!

True to photos/description. Comfortable duplex. Exceptionally clean, and nicely. furnished. Neighbors quiet and respectful. Safe neighborhood. Host welcomes questions and responds quickly. Location is ideal in closeness to Erie, and for a Niagara Falls/Niagara -on -the-Lake daytrip. Wineries/breweries nearby, small town shops, farmers market/Gibson Park. Recommend Skunk and Goat Tavern, the Bean Coffeehouse, Little Shop of Donuts in town. And Arundel Winery is always enjoyable 😋. Thanks Sarah for the pleasant stay!

Good service ,clean home ,host response fast my family was satisfied in every way possible

The house was beautiful. It was just right for the fishing tournament we were at and close enough to be able to shop in the rain. It was within a 5 minute drive to the bay

My family really enjoyed our stay. The house was very spacious, plenty of bathrooms for our group, and we loved how close the location was to everything!

Brittany was excellent and the house was perfectly located and very clean - we would not hesitate to stay there again when in Erie

They were so kind and generous, helpful as well. The beds were comfortable, the living room was comfortable. There was a wonderful ambiance from the fireplace and the kitchen area was nice. The only thing we wished we had was backs on the chairs in the kitchen lol I guess that’s what happens when you get older. Highly recommended if you want a nice clean place with plenty of room, two nice bedrooms, and two nicely updated bathrooms, a private yard for grilling out was nice as well.

My family - grandkids, adults and my husband and I - appreciated having a place to gather and spend quality time. This condo accommodated all of us, six adults and two kids. We had everything we needed for a weekend of skiing, game playing, and hanging out. The condo is close to the slopes. We ate at the condo every meal and found the condo stocked with plenty of dishware and all the appliances we needed. Everything was clean and in good working condition. Parking was plentiful. Justin answered several questions we had in advance. We would stay here again.

Great place to stay during our drive out to the East coast. Home was clean and comfortable. Lots of decorations around the house! (not a negative, but something to be mindful of if you were to stay there with small children).
