Thomas’ place felt like home during my trip to Cochin. The rooms were exactly as described. The building and neighborhood felt quiet and safe. Even though I did not use the amenities, they looked as described. Thomas went out of his way to ensure that the Internet was working for my stay, and I couldn’t ask more from a host.

Very good accommodation and kept very very clean. Was very comfortable and also easy to checkin. Location is great and would go to this place again if I visit Kochi/ernakulam again Having a mini kitchenette with wash basin would help so guests can wash any utensils or fruits etc instead of using the bathroom

Firstly, I liked the house for the budget and I texted the host... host was very sweet helped me with early checkin and I am very happy for that the location is also very good u get uber and just walkable distance to metro and u have everything in house this was a best stay for us we was family and they give us the vishu payyasam which they prepared at home which was very delicious all good... I just checked in and then I called them only to say that we are checking out coz, everything we wanted was in the house

I'd visited Dileep's property with my parents for our vacation. The place was clean and comfortable throughout our stay. The area is well connected, offering guests privacy and a backwater view. The property is well-connected, with restaurants nearby. Our Uber was able to find us easily without any added instructions from our end. The place was clean, quiet, and worth a visit!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Parudeesa! As a large family group comprising parents, aunts, uncles, and infants, Parudeesa offered more than enough space and comfort for our family of 11! Our communication with Jack, the host, was seamless. Despite being outside the country, he constantly checked in on us, ensuring everything ran smoothly! The space was both luxurious and traditional, exceptionally well-managed by Priscilla, the wonderful manager, with whom we shared many engaging conversations. There were so many unique corners and thoughtful touches to discover! As for the rooms and furnishings, they were really comfortable and spacious! The massage therapy sessions were the highlight, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for all of us! Almost everyone, across different age groups, participated in these sessions, and we truly cherished them! I highly recommend Parudeesa to anyone looking for a short or long stays, as the space has sooooooooo much to offer!

We were a family of 6 staying at Abhilash’s place and had a very good experience - the apartment is huge, very well done, and extremely comfortable for a family our size. Both Abhilash and Varsha were very responsive as hosts and proactive in their communication with us. They were able to help with whatever we needed and quick to resolve any issue. We are from Australia and were here visiting family nearby. We enjoyed our stay in this spacious 3 bedroom apartment with great views! Plenty of facilities. Bed sheets were comfy and air conditioning worked great! We also felt very safe and secure in the apartment due to the high level of security at the entrance of the apartment blocks. Sajid was very attentive and made sure we were happy and comfortable. Our contact on the ground (Hashim) was also very quick to respond and accommodating to our needs. Thanks Sajid & Hashim for a great stay!

Amruth’s home stay was as perfect as the images portrayed in the app. The aesthetics was commendable. What was the highlight of the stay was the view and surrounding; calm & quiet, stunning view of the Periyar river. The place was neat, clean and very comfortable. Amruth is a gem of a person. He very polite, a responsive host, always trying to ensure his guest are comfortable and provided for, goes out of his way to ensure he keeps it that way. I will definitly recommend his stay because his hospitality makes the place better. Thankyou sir.
