Consta de 4 habitaciones repartidas en planta baja y primer piso,3 baños, recibidor,sala de estar,cocina,coladuría más terraza-jardín con piscina. Es recomendable disponer de vehículo. La piscina está cerrada,haciendo del jardín una zona segura para los niños. Situada a escasos km de los pueblos de Alcudia y Pollença,como además también de sus playas.

Su ubicación, a pocos metros de la costa, ofrece unas inmejorables vistas a la bahía de Pollença y Formentor. Situada en la urbanización Morer Vermell, en el municipio costero de Alcudia. A través del salón se accede a la terraza exterior desde donde puede observarse y acceder directamente al mar. Cosy apartment in rural setting and close to town

The apartment is situated in the country side and ideal for 2 adults or for a small family with up to 2 small children. The pretty, old town of Alcudia, with plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants may be reached by foot in about 5 min. The next beach can be reached in 15 - 20 min by foot. During the winter months you can heat our cosy apartment with the cast iron oven. All the fire wood needed we provide free of charge.

We are a couple that live in the countryside, and that we like the contact with nature. We offer this for our house, in which to enjoy a few days of vacation in this environment. Ideal to disconnect from everyday life. We also offer a nice fireplace for the nostalgic of the cold, and we make available firewood for its use.
