This is one of the few privileged villas in Cala Deia, located by the sea and with truly wonderful sea and mountain views. The rocky and pebble beach is only 50 meters away via a private path. Do not forget the jacuzzi with best views ever !! The place is astonishing all year round. Every single room has AC/heater. You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours. It is also a trully amazing place for our very few neighbours so I am afraid no party people accepted. My family built the house when there were not even roads and they had to use boats and donkeys to carry everything over. Its is a magic place !!!!!! You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours !!!!! There are two totally separated areas. Upstairs there are two rooms, shower and bathroom, living area and open kitchen and downstairs two rooms, shower and bathroom. I will provide the "must see" list of places of the area. We can organize VIP services for you such as Yachts, Vehicles, Chauffeur, Deep sea fishing, Guided cycle tours, Catering, Private Chef, Spa treatments, Entertainment bookings, Yoga and Pilates, Guided Hiking, scuba diving, helicopter flights.

location is ideal, bus from the airport right to the road outside the flat in 20 minutes. Michele is very responsive, and with my flight delayed I didn't get to the flat until after midnight. Michele was very gracious about having to wait to let me in! the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. the bathroom is shared as stated in the description of the property, not an issue for me. I didn't use the communal space or kitchen so couldn't comment on that. it's so close to the city centre, it was a 6 minute walk to saint Francis basilica. I'd stay again!

Our stay was simply awesome. From the check-in to the end of our vacation, everything was perfect. Nothing was missing, the accommodation was super clean and just as described. The location is great and you can quickly reach everything surrounding it, be it the beach, restaurants, bars, etc. The bicycles that come with it are also great. Apollonia was super polite, explained everything to us and also gave great recommendations for beaches and restaurants. We would come back. It is definitely worth booking this accommodation.

Juan and Irene are wonderful hosts - super friendly and helpful. The location of the house is great, everything was spotless and we found the amenities very thoughtful (cotton buds, toothpaste, conditioner, beach towels). We also absolutely loved Alaró and didn’t want to leave. The only downside was that the street outside the room could be noisy late at night - or very early in the morning. Aside from that, it was the most perfect stay. We loved Joy, the cute little dog, too!

Teresa’s place was truly excellent! She was incredibly loving and caring, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere, yet gave me complete freedom and privacy throughout my stay. The space was cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. It’s in a great location, peaceful yet conveniently close to everything. A perfect balance of hospitality and independence. I’d definitely stay again!

We had an amazing time at Mario’s Airbnb! It was such a cute place in an amazing location. We loved Matilda so much and had a lovely time talking to Mario and his girlfriend. We couldn’t recommend this place enough !
