Traditional and cozy stone house with good views of the natural surroundings and a balcony with the morning sun, in a remote valley of western Asturias next to a clean river. One hour from the coast and beaches and two from Oviedo. There are a variety of hiking and cycling trails in the surrounding area. This area has a special microclimate. It is located in a mountainous area but only 200 meters above sea level, well protected from the north and with good exposure to the south.

Una cocina con comedor y aseo, con salida al patio y al porche, en la planta baja. Se ha cuidado mucho la iluminación y confortabilidad. This fabulous watermill stood empty and abandoned until it was recently fully restored and converted into a beautiful, comfortable home. Enjoy listening to the quiet rustling of the river while you drift off to sleep. The house sits on over a hectare of land and is extremely private, yet it has the convenience of being only a 2 minute drive to the local restaurant and a 5 minute drive the beaches and to the nearest village where you can find everything you need.

We are a couple who are committed to living in these mountains and decided to restore an old house respecting the original materials - stone and chestnut wood.
