Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. Each accommodation offers an equipped kitchen (Nespresso), living room, 3 bedrooms (including 1 master bedroom with TV and bathroom), 2 bathrooms. Extra bed possible in one of the bedrooms. Large 70 m² terrace, barbecue, linen provided. No Wi-Fi: the perfect opportunity to reconnect with the essentials (4G picks up in case of emergency) Calm, comfort and conviviality await you!

Nice little house in Champagne Fiber internet

In a small quiet village, in the heart of Champagne and its vineyards, come and take a break in this country house that can accommodate 4 people: fiber - 1 bed for 2 people - 1 sofa bed for 2 people - baby bed possible. Free for children up to 16 years old but do not register them otherwise the extra charge will be charged but let me know when booking so I can prepare for their arrival. Dogs are accepted but not cats due to major damage unfortunately.

The Annex and its year-round heated POOL is a charming cottage with industrial decor, fully equipped, very pleasant for spending time with family or friends. Bedrooms with private shower room, walk-in shower, large beds made on arrival. The Annex is offered with access to the indoor pool heated to 29°. A large terrace to enjoy the sun with garden furniture, swing and barbecue. Atypical indoor games room for kids to enjoy.

The Little Redwood House

Small independent house with garden and fireplace, located in the middle of nature at the edge of the forest in a small very quiet hamlet with little traffic. Forest walks accessible directly from the house, without needing to take the car. Bicycles are available free of charge upon request in advance. Possibility of having a rustic breakfast at an additional cost, to be specified at the time of booking.
