The house is very nice, they have board games for entertaining. The kitchen is well equipped, I would definitely return.

Very comfortable stay, to be with friends, the only bad thing is that there is only one bathroom inside the house and another outside. But everything else, very clean and comfortable.

Beautiful place to spend as a family or with friends, the guardian is very attentive to any needs that arise. The location to go to summer is perfect and the sale of food and supplies is not that far away. The rooms are spacious just like the bathroom fixtures and the pool is in good condition. The living room is fun to play and/or watch television.

This location is gorgeous!! I loved the open floor concept, and the modern beach touch to it all. Maria is a GEM!! She assisted me in planning my son’s 10th birthday party, & was always ready and willing to communicate with me about everything. Edwin was also fantastic! He was very attentive and responsive during our stay. We will definitely be back!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Iztapa, just steps from the ocean and surrounded by mangroves. The property is spacious and well-kept, with lovely gardens, a pool, karaoke, and plenty of activities like fishing and boat rides. A big plus was the private beach shared only with nearby homes—perfect during Easter week. The staff was amazing—Mirza and Flori were so helpful with cooking and cleaning, and Josue, the caretaker, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome (he even taught us to fish and had firewood ready for a bonfire!). The host was incredibly kind and attentive, staying in touch from the beginning and even visiting us during our stay. We highly recommend this place, we can’t wait to return!!

Very nice house, very clean, Julian was accessible with the schedule of handing over the house, very good communication and very good location, very comfortable pool of good size, we were able to make perfect use of the barbecue, and my family and I had a nice time, the access was excellent.

Stayed with family and it was the best place we ever stayed at! We are already telling our friends and family about this place.

The house is spacious, we have 2 cars and parked without a problem, the pool was great, the house has everything you need to have a nice and family time. I recommend it.

We stayed at Areia Paredon one night and it was very enjoyable. The entire house was beautifully maintained and had everything we needed. All the rooms had AC and the beds were comfortable. We were located really close to the beach. We loved having the pool to cool off, very relaxing . Overall, the house was very nice and comfortable, just what we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was really nice and understanding, he let us in early and allowed us to stay an hour late. We would definitely come back for a longer stay.
