my house is 2 minutes walking distance to the Gozelyurt metrobus. It is extremely clean and convenient. It heats up with a combi boiler, there is wifi, Netflix, filter coffee maker. (the house is a partition from the duplex. There are stairs at the top, but it is closed, the entrances and exits are independent.) I DO not plan TO give DAILY use IN RAMADAN. MY priority IS for stays OF 2 and above. You can ask prices for 🍀🍀 longer stays....

Enjoy a simple and cozy stay in this centrally located quiet place. It is possible to reach all parts of Istanbul by public transportation 24/7 right at the bottom of the Metrobus. Torıum shopping mall is 4 minutes , marmara park is 10 minutes tuyap fair center 15 minutes away. Hospitals around the site are 10-15 minutes away. Starbucks , Migros , file . Bim , anpa gros etc grocery stores , cafes, pharmacies are within walking distance

If you stay in this centrally located place, you'll be close to everything as a family. There is a double elevator and a children's park, a football field and a basketball court in the compound. 1 minute walk away is the Life Valley, the largest open-air park in Istanbul. The house is spacious, cool in summer and warm in winter. There is a projection device and a movie theater except for the 140 screen TV.
