Holiday rentals with a patio in Esil District

As for the apartment not far from the airport and from the city center, the apartment was clean and fully consistent with the description) Everything went great! 👍

I really liked the apartment! The view is just gorgeous — right on the arena and the park, especially beautiful in the evening. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and cozy. The bathroom is a separate delight: clean, stylish, with good plumbing. All equipment is available, everything is new and fresh. The washing machine works perfectly, no problems. The only nuance is that the shower is located quite low, I had to bend down a little 😅 But this is a trifle compared to the other advantages. I definitely recommend it, a great place to stay! 🙌

The location is next to the biggest mosque, about a few kilometers, the room is cozy, comfortable, feel!It is also cheap to take a taxi to the middle axis!🚖 (^ ^)

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Astana! The place was very clean and beautifully decorated. The location is excellent — there are children’s playgrounds nearby, a secure gated courtyard, and a shopping mall just across the street. Our host, Aizhan, was incredibly responsive and attentive. She quickly replied to all my messages and fulfilled every request I had. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

New clean apartment , 10-15 minutes drive from the airport , lots of coffee shops, grocery stores nearby, in general the apartment matches the description.

I had an amazing stay at Azamat's Airbnb. From the very first time, Azamat and Aknur have been very friendly and helpful. Same way as I liked the mood and communication, I very liked the apartment itself. Looks like on the picture, very lovely cozy Airbnb. Perfect for rest, great to work remotely. Big smart-enabled TV with clear picture, stable internet connection, and fully equipped kitchen made this stay very smooth. I liked how two big windows can make the room very bright when it's needed. In the evening, you will find a lot of light switches allowing you setup the ambiance of the place as per your mood. Overall, I recommend this place to anyone looking for cozy space and restful time! Thank you for your comfortable communication, check-in and cozy apartment. I traveled alone, but I travel with children more often and we would be comfortable here. Warm, tight curtains, everything you need for cooking, clean bathroom with hot water. Among the features - a tired mattress and I slept diagonally (but then the hostess said that a new one is already waiting for it to be replaced), and children are regularly heard behind the wall. I didn't mind. As far as I understand, according to communication with colleagues from Astana - such audibility in all new buildings. Closed courtyard, safe and peaceful. Nearby shops, coffee shops. Botanical Garden is a 10-minute walk, Mega Silkway is 20 minutes away. Walking was comfortable and everything seemed to be nearby.
