The house was built in 2014 and the guest house in 2019. The house has an open floor plan on the lower floor and is modern and spacious. The kitchen is well-equipped with appliances from Husqvarna and a large dining table. Fireplace is available. There are five bedrooms with two beds in each bedroom. Underfloor heating throughout the house. Two bathrooms, washing machine and dryer are available. The guest house has one bedroom and one sofa bed. Large patio to the west with gas grill and outdoor furniture. Wireless Internet is available. PLEASE NOTE THAT SHEETS AND TOWELS ARE TO BE BROUGHT BY GUESTS

"Annexet" is a charming accommodation on two floors that has most of what you need for a relaxing vacation. From the living room, you can step directly out into the lush garden with roses, jasmine, lavender, etc. Breakfast in the green with birds chirping, barbecue evenings in the sunset or just sitting under the big chestnut tree with a good book. If there is a rain shower, there is a "greenhouse roof" to shelter under. Or why not play boule on the court that's there? If you feel like swimming, it's close to a string of sandy beaches.

Terrace in southwest location with exit from the living room. The separate lawn next to the terrace is free to use. BBQ available. Non-smoking, no pets. Upon arrival by late ferry, later check-in may be agreed.

Enjoy a newly built modern house in a quiet forest edge by the Eksta coast and Djupvik harbor. The house is located privately with a 10-minute beautiful walk down to Djupvik's beach, ice cream and restaurant. 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6-8. Morning and evening sun on different sides of the house. Hammocks in the edge of the forest. There is a guest house on the property that can also be rented. It has 5 beds and its own ad here on AirBnB. You can purchase cleaning for SEK 1,500. Otherwise, you clean up yourself on departure.

Modern house 5km from Visby near Fridhems beach

Rent our modern little house, only a 5 minute walk from Fridhems beach. The house is situated 2,5 km from the kids paradise; Kneippbyn. A lighted bicycle path takes you there or to Visby if you please. Its only 6,5 km to the ferry terminal in Visby and the famous town wall. Up to 5 guests can sleep in the cabin. It comprises of two bedrooms, a bathroom and a combined kitchen/living room. On the terrace, guests can relax and enjoy the sun. The garden is big enough for kids to run around and play.

Två separata sovrum finns, men ytterligare dubbelsäng och bäddsoffa finns också tillgängligt.
