It is close walking distance to the downtown area. Big Pine is a small town, so morning and evening walks are a must. The base of the Eastern Sierra’s has many great places to explore. Small pets (30lbs) are allowed for a fee of $30 and is payable at check in. Pets are not to be left alone. WiFi is available, but can be spotty at times.

BOOK TWO OR MORE NIGHTS AND GET A DISCOUNT! Nicely decorated and fully furnished, this 2 bedroom, 1 bath newer home is very clean and sleeps up to 6 people. Queen bed in each room and a full size sofa sleeper in the living room. Goldfield has a great history and has many places to explore. Most of our guests are just passing through, the biggest regret they have is that they did not stay another night to explore this little known desert gem.

Big house in an extremely peaceful area. N There is not too much to do in Goldfield, but it's still worth it just for the surroundings, also Tonopah is quite close. And watching the sunset from the porch is such an amazing experience!!

Staff communicated personally and easily. Both check-in and checkout were simple. The communal space was well attended and lovely. Peaceful fun vibe throughout. I would definitely recommend a stay at this unique compound.

Great retro feel. Loved the neon sign outside. Inside was comfortable and this room (no. 4) was cozy like a log cabin. Tastefully restored with new retro features. Bed was comfortable. Somehow managed to keep the desert dust out - it was spotless. Better than I expected inside. Only place to stay between Tonapah and Hawthorne.

Great place to stay for the week! It was clean and everything you need was provided. We came in for 4 day dig and ended up with flat tires at the mine and Bruce called to help us find tires. Who does that? Thank you so much for the enjoyable time we had staying there. I will book there again next year for sure!

The hotel receptionist could not find my reservation I booked through Airbnb. I tried calling and messaging the host through Airbnb, no answer. The receptionist called her manager and settled the booking in 10 minutes. Great place and stay. I would book again, however I over paid $90 for my stay. I recommend booking through Hotel Cielo website.
