Apartment holiday rentals in Esperanza

We stayed as a family of four. A newer apartment in great shape, Beautiful views of the city and excellent location. Maria was a great host and it would be a place I would like to stay again. We were very pleased with this rental.

We had the pleasure of staying 3 nights in this beautiful apartment, and it honestly exceeded all our expectations. The photos posted are 100% real, but the truth is that living it is even more beautiful than in photos. Each corner is decorated with impeccable taste, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. I want to especially highlight Pablo's attention, who received us at 10 pm with total kindness and predisposition. He waited for us to personally hand us the key, took the time to explain every detail of the apartment's operation, and had the attention to leave us coffee, tea, sugar and other provisions that, being only 3 days, we would not have bought. These kinds of gestures make a difference. The location is also excellent, close to everything and in a very quiet area. We thank both Pablo and the owner of the apartment for offering us such a well-kept and thoughtful space, even in the smallest details. We would definitely choose it again and recommend it 100%

Very convenient location around the corner from major shopping area but totally quiet with a nice view of the river in the distance.

Great clean place. There was no parking, although it was claimed to be paid and I was willing to pay for it to keep the car safe. My request was ignored by the host and said that it would help, there were no more comments. As a result, the car was just on the road. Gas stove we couldn't find matches to. Otherwise, everything was wonderful and as stated in the listing

The place was just like the photos. The apartment is clean, spacious and bright. Very nice area, easy to get to. Renata was very attentive.

Everything was fine, they were set up quickly, comfortable beds, clean bedding and towels.

Everything was excellent. We had an inconvenience as the ceiling fan in the living room/living room did not work and with the heat it was difficult to carry, but Erneso responded immediately with the provision of a fan. the apartment is nice, bright, functional, practical. a 100.
