Sur les hauteurs du village de la Bâtie-Neuve, le CHALET L'ECUREUIL vous accueille dans sa cabane perchée sur pilotis, véritable nid douillet, en lisière de forêt, tout au fond de la propriété, derrière le chalet principal occupé par les propriétaires. Vous y accédez par un charmant sentier piétonnier de 50 mètres et bénéficiez d'une magnifique vue sur la vallée. Sa terrasse extérieure couverte de 19 m² possède un SPA entièrement privatisé. Adultes seulement. Bébés et enfants non autorisés.

Just above Serre Ponçon Lake and it's dam, the appartment provides countryside’s calm and a large terrace where you’ll can relax in front of the mountains. By default, a 180x190 bed is installed, if you prefer 2 small beds, please, tell us in your booking message. The nearest ski stations are Montclar (about 30 mn away) and Reallon (about 40 mn away) but you’ll be able to have a sledge ride in the surrounding fields. Hiking trails are less than 150 m away from the accommodation.

"La P'tite Maison" is dear to my heart since it is the house where I was born. Built in the heart of the village in 1956 at the same time as the dam. And tastefully renovated by my husband. You will find a pleasant interior to live in and exteriors that call you to relax with a covered terrace to enjoy aperitif and meals. Fenced garden. In the village you will find all the local shops. As well as 3 playgrounds for children

Beautiful Loft - Mercantour Barn

It's not just an exceptional place, it's above all a unique experience. Come and enjoy a secluded setting, surrounded 360° by mountains, waterfalls, forests, fields to have fun. Each season offers shows: In winter, go snowshoeing or cross-country skiing from the barn. In spring, watch the wild animals roam in front of you. In summer, swim in the waterfalls. Je ne souhaite plus accueillir un couple avec enfants ou ados ou plus de deux adultes suite à des débordements... La maison est non fumeur dedans ET dehors, merci.
