Liliana on hyvin ystävällinen ja avulias emäntä. Yhteydenpito sujui hyvin ja hän oli aina valmis auttamaan. Huoneisto sopii hyvin suurehkolle porukalle, meitä oli seitsemän. Kohde sijaitsee n 150 m päästä rannasta, ei aina uimakelpoinen merenkäynnin takia. Hyvät pyöräily- ja kävelyreitit lähellä, kauppaan melko pitkä kävelymatka. Bussipysäkki suoraan talon edessä. Kaksi kylpyhuonetta, joissa suihkut. Keittiö ei kaikkein käytännöllisin, mutta uuni, mikro, liesi ja keittimet löytyvät. Pyykinpesumahdollisuus löytyy myös. Kohteessa ei ilmastointia.

Rui was very responsive and helpful from the moment we checked in. He even got us a wonderful dinner reservation in Porto. The place was perfect for our family and the location was just what we wanted: tastefully decorated, close to the beach and close to Porto. Would highly recommend staying at Rui’s spot!

We recently enjoyed a delightful week-long stay with our family at this enchanting house in the heart of Vila da Conde. The property's romantic outdoor architecture immediately sets it apart from the surrounding homes, creating a truly charming atmosphere. As a group of adults with children, we found the house to be perfectly suited to our needs. Located next to a small city park with a playground and cafés, the house offers easy access to local amenities. Historical sites and museums are within a short walking distance, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. The spacious interior, including three bathrooms, was a major plus, and the outdoor pool, seating area, and grill provided ample opportunities for relaxation and entertainment. We particularly enjoyed the nearby walks along the beach and fort. Wir haben uns bei Daniel sehr wohl gefühlt. Daniel ist ein hervorragender und sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, er war immer gut erreichbar und hat uns wertvolle Tips per Whats-App gegeben oder unsere Fragen beantwortet. Der kurze Weg zum Strand (ca. 5 min) ist schon allein ein großer Vorteil. Auch zum Bahnhof sind es nur 6 Minuten zu Fuß. Dadurch ist es sehr einfach und umweltfreundlich nach Porto zu kommen, die Zugfahrt ins Zentrum (Bahnhof Sao Bento) dauert ca. 30 min und ist sehr günstig. In der Villa gab es Stadtpläne von Porto. Die Villa ist toll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Räume befinden sich alle oben über der Garage, dazu kommt der Poolbereich. Supermarkt und Bäckerei sind gleich in der Nähe. Die sehr ruhige Lage der Villa in Arcozelo ist auch für Ausflüge ins Landesinnere perfekt. Zur Universitätsstadt Coimbra z. B., oder über den Wanderweg "Passadiços do Paiva" zur Hängebrücke "516 Arouca". Wir danken Daniel und Ana recht herzlich und würden sehr gerne wieder kommen!

Ficámos muito satisfeitos com a nossa estadia nesta casa. É bastante espaçosa, com áreas comuns amplas e confortáveis, e o grande bónus de cada quarto ter a sua própria casa de banho – algo que torna tudo mais prático e privado, especialmente em família. Somos uma família de 4 com 2 crianças pequenos e usámos bastante a cozinha para preparar refeições. A casa está muito bem equipada com tudo o que é necessário em termos de loiça e utensílios de cozinha, o que fez toda a diferença. A localização também é excelente: super tranquila durante a noite mas a dois passos de tudo o que precisávamos – supermercado, bar de praia e até parques para as crianças brincarem. Foi uma estadia mesmo agradável.

A fantastic and unique space that really shows the incredible potential of buildings in Porto. The apartment is well-equipped and comfortable, and communication with the host was smooth and easy. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great base to visit Porto from. Secure private car parking place within the house compound. Local park is great to walk around Best restaurants require transport to reach (Porto City Center) Massive shopping center nearby with over 200 shops Francisco and Joana are lovely and care about your experience whist staying at their property. This is a family home not just a Airbnb let.

this was a wonderful stay for a family easy access to the facility and to the rooms did have two steps in door but it was not difficult despite my mom's disability. kitchen was outfitted with what was needed for traditional Portuguese dishes.

Petite maison très bien situé dans une rue calme, à sens unique avec peu de circulation mis à part les piétons. Très calme, appartement très fonctionnel, fait avec beaucoup de goût ! Au pied de la mer, je recommande énormément !

Una vacanza meravigliosa vicino Esmoritz. la proprietaria è molto cordiale e disponibile. La casa è spaziosa, vicino la spiaggia e arredata con molta cura, la cucina è attrezzata con tutto il necessario. Comodo il parcheggio vicino la casa, piccolo negozio di alimentari e panetteria due passi da casa. Consiglio vivamente questo posto!

Great host, provided many details about special events happening in portugal during our stay, as well as more common tourist attractions. Helpful and responsive :) Area was out of the city so ideal for a quiet get away with frequent busses taking you into the city in about 40 mins from the place. Can highly reccomend :)

Vriendelijke host, zeer vlotte communicatie. Zeer ruim huis met grote tuin. Rustige buurt, probleemloos parkeren voor de deur. Speelruimte voor de kinderen. In de buurt is, buiten het strand en de zee, weinig te beleven, maar er is een gemakkelijke treinverbinding met Porto. Een aanrader!

Puhkamiseks ideaalne koht. Maja on pisike, aga kõik vajalik oli olemas. Ilmad olid soojad ja päikeselised, saime basseini nautida kõikide kuumade päevade jooksul. Ookean ja restoranid lähedal. Meil oli imeline puhkus.

La maison est vraiment très accueillante. Tout y est pour que l'on se sente chez soi. La cuisine est très bien équipée, même en vaisselle, comme à la maison. Les chambres et le salon sont très sympas. Un petit jardin permet de profiter de l'extérieur. Mario nous a tout de suite dépanné quand la machine est tombée en panne. Adorable ! Des documents très détaillés sont disponibles pour prendre le métro ou pour indiquer des endroits pratiques. La plage est à 5 minutes à pied. Je reviendrai sans hésitation !
