Nice stay on the water and was definitely up to expectations and true to the listing.

Minnamin paikka sopii pieneen yksityiseen käyttöön tai siellä esim. voi hyvin järjestää juhlat. Talo on iso ja siellä paljon avointa tilaa ja lisäksi piha-alue terasseineen on laaja. Terassilla on pöytiä ja tuoleja. Sisällä on loistavasti ruokailutilaa pöytineen ja tuoleineen. Keittiöstä löytyy todella paljon sekä ruuanlaitto- että tarjoiluastioita ja ruokailuvälineitä ja -astioita. Paikka on kodikas ja tunnelmallinen. Mukavuudet ovat hyvät: ala-ja yläkerrassa on wc:t, alakerrassa suihkut ja pyykkihuolto. Sauna on puulämmitteinen ja tarjoaa erittäin hyvät löylyt. Kaikki 3 makuuhuonetta ovat hyvin tilavia. Ehdoton suositus tälle Minnanamin paikalle!

Kaupunkiloma Helsingissä Jyrin kotona sujui erinomaisesti. Vastaanotto asunnolla oli huomaavainen ja oli mukava, kun kohteen käytännöt käytiin yhdessä läpi. Huvila pihoineen oli todella kaunis paikka kesäillan viettoon myös lasten kanssa. Tekemistä ja tilaa riitti! Kaikki oli siistiä ja hyvinhoidettua ja ihasteltavaa olisi riittänyt pidemmäksikin aikaa. Plussaa aamiaisen sisältymisestä majoitukseen, hyvästä viestinnästä, kauniista ja avarasta kodista sekä viherpeukaloita miellyttävästä upeasta pihasta erikoisine ruusuineen ja puineen.

We have lived here for a whole month and it was fantastic! The house is warm and cosy. There is a sauna inside and a gas grill outside. There are fitness points in Espoo central park and a lot of trails. Close to the house live a lot of hares, deers and squirrels. Lovely place and location!

House is decorated very pretty - feels like you step into a page of a magazine. House as a whole has an interesting design - it's circular, so you literally can have a feeling of "walking in circles" until you get used to it, it's nice though, almost fairy-tale like. There's plenty to read, lots of magazines and books around. The kitchen is well stacked with essentials like frying pans and such. There are pretty glass ware and teacups to enjoy tea from, basically all you need to eat in comfortably. The upstairs bedroom is pretty and spacious. Bed is comfortable and large. The bathtub and sink in the upstairs bedroom is in the bedroom area itself, pretty design. Toilet upstairs has its own section, right next to bedroom, important to notice though - there is no door between toilet area and bedroom itself. There's very good ventilation so bedroom does not retain any unpleasant scents, if you know what I mean, so it is still very convenient. The toilet section is prettily designed just like the bedroom and spacious. There's a sauna (via door from the toilet area), so if you are into that talk to Timo ahead to have it set up for you. Upstairs bedroom also has a small balcony with some pretty wines all over it, large main window. The view over the lake is spectacular, breathtaking trully. To note - you can't go down (at least to my knowledge), as the house is on a steep mountain. The downstairs 2 bedrooms are very simple, small rooms with sliding beds. The beds are comfortable, however when the second one slide out then there's only a small area to walk. It's no problem though, as they're just used for sleep. The tv section is tricky - it has a very comfy reclining chaise, but not much room for other people, so ideally there's just room for 1 person to watch tv, unless you bring in chairs from the dining area of living room. Dining area has a wonderful, huge table, very convenient, comfortable chairs and close to kitchen section. Downstairs shower room - has 2 shower heads next to each other (no partition in the middle), and then there's another sauna room. There's also washer and dryer room. Outside of house is decorated very pretty too - there are multiple sitting areas and the views are just lovely all around. There are also a row of apple trees on the driveway! Very tasty apples! Overall, great experience, good communication with the owner and very well put together place. I would rent there again if I go to Finland. Oh also, there's music system, so pretty much rainy days are no problem - there will be something to do inside. Sitting on the white couch and watching rain over lake view was a profound experience, very calming and relaxing. I highly recommend Timo's house! Thanks Timo and Anti for everything:)

Zu 8. hatten wir mehr als genug Platz uns im Haus zu bewegen sowie uns in der Sauna zu entspannen. Der Blick vom Wohnzimmer aus und die Gegend um das Haus herum waren atemberaubend! Dazu war die Nähe zum Nationalpark und zum Flughafen äußerst praktisch um viel zu Unternehmen und um hin und wieder zum Flughafen zu fahren, da nicht alle Gäste von mir das verlängerte Wochenende komplett bleiben konnten. Ich würde diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

Mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Babies waren wir Ende Juli für 3 Ü in der Villa Oak. Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen und war für unseren Familien-Aufenthalt genau richtig: genug Platz, Möglichkeit für gemeinsames Kochen und Essen, das großzügige Angebot, alle nötigen Gegenstände des komplett eingerichteten Haushalts zu nutzen, Veranda, Garten, Autostellplätze... Das Holzhaus und die Einrichtung sind schon älter und einfach , das Bad ist sehr klein und bei der angegebenen max. Gästezahl von 12, wird es wohl eng in den Betten- aber dies wird ausgeglichen durch einen skandinavischen Charme (Astrid Lindgren) und ein idyllisches Ambiente! Die Gastgeberin, Soile, hat uns vorausschauend mit einigen Lebensmitteln, Toilettenpapier und Blumen auf dem Tisch empfangen, so dass wir uns sofort wohlfühlten. Für Gäste, bei denen nicht alles neu und perfekt sein muss, sehr zu empfehlen!

Kaikki toimi hyvin ja kohde vastasi odotuksia.

Hatten vierzehn wunderbare Tage, mit Sonne, Meer und ganz besonderer Sauna mit Panoramablick in diesem paradiesischem Anwesen. Von der Saune über den Steg direkt ins Meer! Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Alles sauber und die Betten wunderbar bequem. Check -In und Out waren völlig einfach und wir wurden herzlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Der kleine Hafen in Porkkalla ist wie aus dem Bilderbuch und leckeres Essen gibts da auch in diesem schönen Ambiente. Die Fahrt nach Helsinki war etwas länger als gedacht, hing aber an unserem Auto und an dem hügeligen und kurvenreichen Teil der Strecke, daher sollte man ein halbwegs geländegängiges Fahrzeug mit bringen. Dieses Haus ist aussergewöhnlich, die Lage, die Ausstattung, die Sauna, es war wunderbar. Die Zeit dort mit Freunden oder Familie zu verbringen ist super entspannt, das Areal ist so weitläufig, dass jeder seinen Freiraum haben kann. Für ein luxuriöses Zeitintervall zur Erholung ist dies der perfekte Ort.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Antti's house. The location on a peninsula on the lake was spectacular - lake views on both sides of the house. The house itself was lovely - very clean, comfortable well equipped and tastefully decorated. Even better than the photos. We really appreciated all the outdoor games and played a lot of croquet and Frisbee golf - Antti even bought a football so the kids could play, they were thrilled. Antti was a fantastic host - so helpful and kind and gave us a tour when we arrived. The real stand out though was the lake. Majestic was the word my husband used to describe the view. So beautiful and we were watching it and in it every day swimming and on the paddleboards/ in the row boat. The sauna with lake views was great too. We hope to be back.

Upea, valoisa ja moderni talo näppärällä sijainnilla. Pihalla hyvin pysäköintitilaa. Kommunikaatio Minnan kanssa oli todella sujuvaa.

While visiting his KESÄRANTA cottage, I was introduced to his new place in Nummela also. As well the Cottage, this place was just outstanding and the atmosphere was perfect for relaxation and made me feel welcomed. My own private room was beautiful and luxuriously furnaced. The lounge/breakfast room offered all I needed while staying, and the private bathroom was spotless. Remote working was peaceful, even the hosts were living in the same house. Evenings were so relaxing having traditional wooden heated sauna on my own and on top of my wish list I was able to enjoy the nicely heated small pool with calming music playing on the large terrace area. Morning serenity in the house was right way to start the day with the breakfast, and the espresso coffee made my remote working energetic. Breakfast and lunch was easy to get from local store, which was located in the same block. I felt lazy and ordered dinner from local restaurant and the delivery was fast and convenient. I highly recommend

Todella upea paikka, tässä kohteessa voi vain asettua nauttimaan olosta. Sijainti rauhallinen, ulkoilumaastot lähellä. Sisällä sauna jossa on spa-tunnelma ja ulkona erillinen saunarakennus. Uima-altaassa oli avanto ja ulkona poreamme. Monipuolinen paikka nauttia. Tässä kohteessa on upea sisutus. Niina vastasi viesteihin aktiiivisesti ja varmisti että vieraat viihtyvät. Erittäin miellyttävä asiointi Niinan kanssa.
