From here, you can walk and get to the center in 10 minutes.

Located in the center of the city, bright, warm, quiet, super comfortable and safe. Parking is measured in that area but in the case of non-residents (tourists), it is free by processing 200 meters from the apartment. He's got a ladder at the entrance.
