Beire-le-Châtel is a small peaceful village in the countryside by a river, located northeast of Dijon. It has a rich historical past as well as landscapes of plains and forests, suitable for walks. It is located 22 km from the center of Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy and city of art and history, but also from the Wine Route and the city of Beaune. Let's not forget Bèze, 5 minutes away, with its underground cave which is one of the most beautiful villages in France.

It was with great pleasure that we renovated this house while keeping its soul. Everything is designed to make sure that you do not miss anything. Equipped kitchen, stove, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, fridge, kitchenware, dishes. Salt, pepper, oil, vinegar... small grocery store on site: chips, sausage, chocolate, cake... local products. You have the whole place to yourself, kitchen, dining table. Living room with sofa bed, 2 bedrooms, desk, internet, Wi-Fi, TV.

Composed of 2 large bedrooms upstairs (one with 2 beds, the other with 3), as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the ground floor, you can enjoy a 27 m2 living room with fully equipped kitchen and a lounge/TV area. CEA Valduc is 25 minutes away. Is-sur-Tille train station is a 5-minute walk. 15 min from Dijon by car.

This is my grandmother Germaine's house, set in a garden of lawn and flowers.

I wanted it to be warm and comfortable so that my guests could spend relaxing and rejuvenating moments there. Its warm side will allow you to have a good time, it has the particularity of having a bedroom as well as a mezzanine under a slope so the ceilings are low on the upper floor and the small access door to the bedroom will require that you can bend down to access it… We provide bed linen and towels.
