Our spacious and beautifully restored medieval house and large private garden is within the walls of the serene and picturesque heritage-listed village of Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, where the film "Chocolat" was filmed. From here you can explore wineries, beautiful villages and peaceful countryside, chateaux, abbayes and museums. You can even hop on the train to Paris or explore the towns of Dijon or Beaune, the wine capital of Burgundy. The house has a beautiful character and ambiance. It is suited for couples and families.

Our 33m² newly-renovated place has air conditioning and is a short walk from charming, historic downtown Dijon. In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Nous parlons également français.

Au sein du parc national des forêts venez découvrir notre petite ferme ainsi que notre belle région remplie d histoire avec ses châteaux, sans oublier Dijon capital des ducs de Bourgogne. Notre gîte est entièrement équipé pour vos enfants ( transat, chaise haute,...)et des jeux sont sur la place du village. Balade à vélo, randonnée, découverte de la nature vous attendent ! SURPRISE à partir du 1 décembre venez découvrir le gîte des lutins. La magie de NOEL s'installe au gîte des Coudrieres.

You also have access to the outdoor facilities: swimming pool, sauna, outdoor dining area, solarium, and conservatory. Located in the heart of the Forêts National Park, in the center of a hamlet, come for the silence, the birdsong, the starry nights, and the hiking trails in the immediate vicinity – a break to find yourself!

The house consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, and 3 bedrooms. On the ground floor: A bedroom with its bathroom. A living room of 45 m2 open to the kitchen. Upstairs: There are 2 bedrooms with a large shared bathroom. Each bedroom has its own antechamber, one with a bunk bed and the other a small child's room. This house is located on a 1500 m2 enclosed orchard with a covered terrace. Optional new Jacuzzi area

The La Charme gîte is located in Sacquenay in the heart of the Bourgogne Franche Comté region. I wanted it to be warm and comfortable so that my guests could spend relaxing and rejuvenating moments there. To create a true wellness experience, a spa is available on the terrace as well as a home cinema in the living room. I also offer breakfast as well as appetizer boards and a selection of local drinks and wines.

"Les hirondelles" studio, for 2 people, with 160/200 bed, 2-star rating, with kitchenette, shower room and large living room and terrace. The accommodation, very quiet, overlooking a closed courtyard is located in a small village of less than 200 people, in the National Forest Park. The vehicle can be parked in the enclosed courtyard or under the shed in front of the house.
