What a wonderful view from the apartment! If someone brought their pet or no pet people there's a park across the street for a lovely walk. Very easy to get in to Salem, train to Boston, very nice location. Everything was very clean and comfortable, they thought of everything to have ready for the guest. Such great host, everything worked out excellent for our stay.

Joyce was a great host and I could not recommend her place more. Close to everything on the island and safe for my 1 year old to wander around the apartment safely. Can’t wait to book again!

This was a great place to relax and explore after a busy week of travel. We loved the peaceful setting and the proximity (by car) to both Rockport and Gloucester. Gina's place is clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen is well-equipped and the grill is convenient. We especially enjoyed the deck and the view down to the water. Walking to the beach was easy and we appreciated the beach towels and chairs. Gina was accessible and responsive, as needed. The space was a perfect place to spend the last several days of our vacation, especially since we had decent weather. The ability to enjoy the deck made a big difference to us. lkable Location We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The space was clean, modern, and exactly as described. One of the highlights was definitely the stunning ocean view—we enjoyed our mornings on the balcony with coffee, watching the waves and sunsets. The location is also a huge plus—just a short and pleasant walk to town where you’ll find great restaurants, shops, and local attractions. It was so convenient not needing a car for most things

Excellent location, so many great places to eat within a short walking distance, which is a good thing in this neighborhood. It’s maybe a 10 minute walk from the ocean and some really pretty views. The neighborhood is quiet and we always felt 100% safe. It was easy to enter and exit the place. During our stay we had an issue with the cooling unit located inside of the living room. It stopped working on us. Chris responded within two minutes to our location and changed it out with new one. Thank you Chris!! We can’t say enough about this quick fix and we were very happy with the response time.

This was our second 3-night visit in two years for the four of us on a retreat, and we'll be back again next year. Lots of space, beautiful appointments, comfortable beds, absolutely completely equipped kitchen. An 18th century gem with a 21st century addition made it a special treat to stay there. Host was instantaneous on the few needs/questions we had. Highly recommend.

Amazing place to stay! Beautiful decor with high-quality furnishings & housewares. Ocean views were truly fabulous. Early morning coffee on the deck watching fishing boats go out was so peaceful. Kitchen well stocked with every spice you'd need from Whole Foods. Teas too. Has whatever you'll need- can't say enough- just bring clothes & groceries. You won't be disappointed. Easy to see why this is top rated!! Regarding the lay out: there are around 15 stairs from the basement level which has a nice entry way & laundry room. Main floor has a bedroom with queen bed. The bathroom on main level is walk in shower perfect if traveling with elderly. Upper floor has primary bedroom with King and amazing views as pictured. Also room with 2 twins and full bath. Perfect place. Would rent again if in the area!

Great location to getaway. Short walk to two different beaches as well as parking pass for great neck beach. Lots of room for two people to spread out. Lots of games to play. Living room was very comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Easy check-in and checkout

My mom and sister and I had a great time and loved all of the recommendations for local restaurants that were within walking distance. The home was beautiful, clean, and comfortable- would absolutely stay again or recommend to others!

Anh was a wonderful host! Her home was clean and was a lovely walk into town and the beach as well as a great park. We had a little one and it was great that she had some fun books and toys she could use. Anh was very responsive anytime we had a question. Our family enjoyed our experience very much!

Everything was great , the place is as exactly as described , super clean and organized. plus it's located right in the heart of Salem so it was super easy and quick to get back home from after our walking tour! Tristan was a great host

Kristen’s space was clean, comfortable and located perfectly! The generous supply of towels was appreciated as were the great selection of beverages and snacks. Parking was provided in an area where parking space is limited and we enjoyed walking to many lovely parks and shops. A wonderful grocery store is nearby with a marvelous selection of fresh seafood, meats, vegetables and fruits; an exceptional group of oils, spices and gourmet treats are available too! Diane was amazing to work with and very helpful and responsive! The condo was beautiful, clean, cutely decorated, and had everything we needed for our stay. Great location with so much to do within walking distance. Highly recommend. We are already looking to go back next year for our yearly Hampton Beach getaway.

This place was beautiful inside. It fit our family of 7 comfortably and everyone had enough space. Bedrooms were large and beds were comfortable. Location was great for us and close to all of our destinations. Only issue was parking. Very hard to find a spot later in the evenings. Other then that I would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable place with deck where our dogs could be outside with us while we enjoyed the weather and a glass of wine. Kitchen well-equipped with everything we needed to cook and enjoy ourselves. The nespresso machine was wonderful. Also, Starbucks was just a short walk. The in-unit laundry was very convenient. The college was also a short walk where our pups could enjoy some green space. There is a park by the beach which is also a short walk, it was a little harder to get there because one must cross a busy street but, well worth it, once you got there. Downtown was a bit of a hike but, again well worth it once you were there and you did not have to worry about parking. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommended this condo.
