We spent a weekend at Claude's because we wanted to play the Pokémon Go Fest. So we were only in the accommodation to sleep and shower. It was more than enough. Of course, you can't expect luxury, but you can see in the pictures what to expect. Simple furnishings, no air conditioning and no TV. But no problem for us. Unfortunately, the WiFi didn't work. The signal seems to be too weak. Claude is nevertheless a very good hostess. We were able to discuss everything with her in advance, she always responded and her neighbor was even kind enough to pick us up from the bus stop by car! We were also able to bridge the language barrier in direct conversation with my limited French skills and a translator app. The stop of the really cute neighborhood Antony is within walking distance and takes you either directly to the city center (Notre Dame, for example) or to Orly Airport in 6 minutes.

Friends who came for a birthday party stayed at Serge and Christophe's, everything went very well, it's a place to recommend!

Sonia and Alexandre's house is wonderful - Beautiful building nestled in a very well-maintained garden - very beautiful decoration brought back from the many trips of this family of adventurers Our children enjoyed taking care of the animals on the property (cats, chickens and dog - all very nice) Breakfasts, lunches and dinners in the garden are particularly pleasant and allow you to appreciate the view of the valley The amenities are very nice (barbecue, ping pong table, garden furniture among others) Highlights include: the exceptional bathroom installed in the glass roof - the well-equipped and functional kitchen, very bright The house was very clean upon arrival We recommend without hesitation

Great evening, the bathroom is great (and the decor is also)! We had problems with the internet and hot water but I will put that down to "bad luck" because other comments do not go in this direction (and a technician will come by for the internet).

We stayed at Sophie's for 7 weeks and felt right at home! Sophie is a wonderfully relaxed hostess. Her house is cosy and her garden is an amazing space even in late winter/early spring when the weather is changeable. We had a problem with the washing machine (not Sophie's fault) and Sophie was on it, and got it fixed pronto. Sophie is super responsive. She speaks perfect English (if your French isn't so good).

Visiting friends nearby, we stayed 1 night, without a car at the Vilgris mill We were not disappointed Charming and very professional hosts beautiful and perfectly quiet room and environment, very well equipped and comfortable Very hearty and excellent breakfast: homemade jams and yogurt, baked goods,... we have not tested everything but it is the perfect address to stay in Clairefontaine and its surroundings and have a great time. We'll be happy to go back. Thanks for your hospitality!

Indulge in the green and the garden, so well cared by Veronique and her family. 1 km away from Bièvres time slows down and you can find your accommodation in a fairy corner of this region. Excellent also for a pit stop before/after Versailles and Giverny

A charming stop in a classified environment at the gates of Paris. Arnaud and his wife showed a remarkable capacity for hospitality, special mention for the delicious breakfast and their diligence in welcoming our entire family at short notice, thank you to them. We enjoyed the Admiral's room, and the panel of offers proposed by Arnaud is even more varied with other class accommodations available. We are very eager to return to explore the Chevreuse Valley with the Clocher de la Duchesse as a base.
