Cozy home

This accommodation is perfect for business trips, being close to the city center and main highways. ERS 118 and BR 116 and access to 448. Free parking on the street. Remember that we have security cameras on the outside of the house. It has everything close to the residence, such as a market and other shops. The house has a living room, bathroom, bedroom with double bed, full kitchen, dining room, barbecue area. We have an extra double mattress. We do not accept pets.

The location of the Esteio Novo Condominium is our great differential, the Trensurb is a 10-minute walk, about 850 meters, where it connects you to Porto Alegre, Canoas, São Leopoldo and other cities in the metropolitan region. Within a 5-10 minute walk, you have the entire city's infrastructure at your disposal: Supermarkets, gas stations, Pharmacies, Gyms, Crossfit and Bank Branches, extremely simple mobility for our guests.
