The hosts quickly responded to any questions we had prior to and during our stay. Especially enjoyed the fact that they had all necessary beach accessories. Neighborhood was very well maintained, and peaceful. Neighbors were very friendly. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend.

The house is a great property. It felt like my own house. Super clear, smelled like a nice hotel, pool was pristine, and what was very important to me, was that it did not feel like a rental place. Everything is high quality and in great shape. The house is well equipped with anything you cloud need. The only thing I would warn folks that are bothered with noises is that the house in next to a busy road. It this not bother me at all, but I think it is fair to point out too. Regarding Gabriel, he was simply amazing responding fast (I mean within minutes) and also addressing my questions. I have rented vacation properties at least 20 times and this is the first time I was absolutely satisfied with the property. It does not feel like a rental. Thanks so much Gabriel!

The house is beautiful and looks just as the photos show. Easy access to nearby stores and restaurants as well. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend staying here.

If it was possible to give more than 5 stars, I would give Matt and his home 10. The home was as described and exactly what we were looking for. Matt’s attention to detail when setting this home up for wheelchair accessibility was great! We felt right at home from the minute we walked in. Matt had a binder on the counter with local recommendations for restaurants and things to do, which was very helpful in deciding on a restaurant our last night in town. We had a little hic-cup with the WiFi, which Matt took care of as soon as I let him know about it. He was extremely responsive and very pleasant to speak with. We definitely recommend staying here even if your needs are not for an accessible home. Quiet, beautiful, and in a great location. The perfect place to sit back and relax.

The house was above our expectations. It was very luxurious yet comfortable. The beds and pillows were of high quality and there were plenty of extra pillows for those who needed an extra. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook meals at the house. The rain shower head was extra nice in the master suite. The whole family enjoyed the pool. The host answered every question we had. We can’t wait to return!

What a lovely quiet neighborhood. Just what I was looking for. The house was well appointed with furniture and kitchen accoutrements. The towels and linens were lovely. The decor very much a modern beach theme. The propane tank for the grill was empty however I found a full one in the garage. Bravo! There were beach chairs in the garage and a cooler also. It would have been nice to know that. Could I have parked in the garage? A few take aways. The lock on the door doesn’t work for you until after the 4pm check-in time unless you pay extra. If you leave earlier than the checkout time however there is no refund. The hot tub was not heated however in 90 degree heat it may be protocol to not heat it. It would have been nice to have a heads up when services were to be performed on the property such as grass cutting, pest control, and pool cleaning. The facts that all these things were taken care of was a fabulous benefit! I loved staying in this home! I would rent it again!

Great location close to the beach and restaurants, but just far enough away to enjoy. I would recommend staying here.

Great house in a quiet neighborhood. Will definitely be back!

From the minut we arrived it was just such a nice home. Very clean and up to date. Pool exceeded our expectations love the water fall wall especially when the sun about setting. the beach is just 2 minutes away in car, had the most gorgeous sunset view I've seen in a while. Definitely would love to come back !

Ours was a 3 generation family vacation. Our choice was excellent for our needs. (from the Grandgifts to Grandma and Papa. Felt safe. Clean and comfortable surroundings. The patio area was above and beyond! We do intend to return God willing. Thank You David and Crew! One Happy Grandma! Diane

We had a fantastic stay in Cape Coral and the Villa was absolutely stunning and spacious, bright and very well equipped with everything you need. We also made very good use of the amazing heated pool, hot tub, and the pool table. We also enjoyed very much the outdoor terrace, with the dinning table and the outdoor TV. Brigitte is a fantastic host and was always attentive and quick to respond to any need we had. Thank you again for your great hospitality Brigitte. We felt very comfortable and had an amazing time at your villa and will definitely come back.

CoralVilla listing was exactly what we found when we got there. The pool area was where we spent most of our time while at the house. Great amenities and beautiful sunrises & sunsets. We would definitely stay there again!

I almost want this to stay a hidden gem so it's always available for me.. This was my top three vacations!! They literally thought of EVERYTHING! We never wanted to leave the house!! I travel a lot mostly hotel stays but lots of BNB’s this was #1 it has to be experienced!!

Beautiful!! Do not hesitate booking this place! Danielle is very helpful and responsive. We needed something for the pool and she sent it directly to the house the next day. Our family of 6 enjoyed everything about the house and the area. House is beautiful, very clean and so homey. We loved the area, able to walk and ride bikes. She also had plenty of beach necessities on hand! We were able to visit 5 different beaches while we were there. We would definitely come back!

Paul was very quick with responding !! Has a beautiful place .. Close to many restaurants and spots to do things !! Very beautiful decorations and homie !! Came with kayaks which was a hit for the kids !! Loved the experience && will definitely book here every time !!

Jerry’s home was a great spot to stay, especially with kids. The graco pack and play that was provided was great, as well as the safety fence around the pool. It was very reassuring to have that fence. Beds are comfortable, plenty of spare pillows and blankets if needed. Was a nice get away to somewhere warm!

We loved staying here! Our favorite part of the day was relaxing here. Appreciated the baby items available (crib, pack n’ play, high chair), beach & pool gear, & the well-stocked kitchen (spices, cooking oil, cookware, etc). All of these little details made our stay extremely comfortable.

Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit Tom und Rachel, die wir in eurem Haus verbringen konnten! Es war nach 3 Wochen roadtripp einfach toll bei euch anzukommen. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und vor allem den Pool so sehr genossen. Für meine Mutter war es ein Traum! Sie wollte eigentlich die Euer Haus die ganze Woche nicht mehr verlassen. Wir waren aber doch froh uns für die Poolheizung entschieden zu haben. Auch mit eurer Idee bezüglich der Poolabdeckeng! Es war herrlich und alles wie beschrieben. Wir wünschen Euch auch weiterhin sehr zufriedene Gäste. Ein kleiner Hinweis noch…. Bitte sagt den anderen Mietern, dass die Feuermelder sehr sensibel sind. Wir haben uns jedenfalls sehr erschrocken, als plötzlich 3 Männer von der Feuerwehr am Haus waren. Dankeschön und herzliche Grüße aus Berlin!!!!!

Thank you, Dennis and Claudia, for sharing your beautiful home with us. It was everything we had wanted. We loved the home's location in the quiet neighborhood. The central location made it prefect to visit our relatives in Punta Gorda and travel between Marco Island, Naples, Fort Meyers, Sanibel Island, Captiva, Englewood, and Venice. I highly recommend guests check out the beaches of Siesta Key (our favorite) and Marco Island. We absolutely loved the heated pool and hot tub with those views of the canal and those gorgeous sunsets going over the edge of the infinity pool! The home was equipped with everything you needed from a well-stocked kitchen and including chairs and umbrellas for those relaxing days at the beach. We love this home so much we returned for a second year in a row. It's just perfect for our family. Some highlights: • The lanai with pool, spa, and water view of the canal is a lovely space. We ate all our meals out there and spent most of our time there. The spacious dock with tiki hut and more seating is great for hanging out, too, and offers easy access for kayaking the canal. • The home's layout features 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, giving everyone lots of space and privacy. The 4th bedroom features bunkbeds, a sweet little space for kids. Everything is in pristine condition. Also all one level, great if anyone has mobility issues. • Hosts Marco and Sandra were responsive, friendly, and nice to work with. • The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Publix & good restaurants are within a 10-minute drive. • You can get to Ft. Myer's beach in about 30 min, Pine Island in about 20 minutes, and Sanibel in about 45 minutes. We'd gladly come back!

Sehr schönes Haus mit schönen Pool. Alles für den Start in einen schönen Urlaub war schon im Haus vorhanden, wie genügen Geschirr, Handtücher usw. Ein Haus, dass den Preis wert ist.
