We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was just as described! The kids loved the pool and being able to fish off the dock. Gina was responsive and helpful during our stay. Looking forward to visits in the future!

Tom and Rachael’s beautiful home is a must-stay! Our family enjoyed our Cape Coral visit! Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful pool and fishing in the canal in the back yard. Going to the beach was a breeze with the provided chairs, coolers, etc. Pictures don’t give this home enough credit, the back patio is very serene and a great place for visitors of all ages to enjoy. Tom and Rachael were great and responsive hosts and provided a great experience that we’d recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Thank you, Dennis and Claudia, for sharing your beautiful home with us. It was everything we had wanted. We loved the home's location in the quiet neighborhood. The central location made it prefect to visit our relatives in Punta Gorda and travel between Marco Island, Naples, Fort Meyers, Sanibel Island, Captiva, Englewood, and Venice. I highly recommend guests check out the beaches of Siesta Key (our favorite) and Marco Island. We absolutely loved the heated pool and hot tub with those views of the canal and those gorgeous sunsets going over the edge of the infinity pool! The home was equipped with everything you needed from a well-stocked kitchen and including chairs and umbrellas for those relaxing days at the beach. If it was possible to give more than 5 stars, I would give Matt and his home 10. The home was as described and exactly what we were looking for. Matt’s attention to detail when setting this home up for wheelchair accessibility was great! We felt right at home from the minute we walked in. Matt had a binder on the counter with local recommendations for restaurants and things to do, which was very helpful in deciding on a restaurant our last night in town. We had a little hic-cup with the WiFi, which Matt took care of as soon as I let him know about it. He was extremely responsive and very pleasant to speak with. We definitely recommend staying here even if your needs are not for an accessible home. Quiet, beautiful, and in a great location. The perfect place to sit back and relax.

Belle's Tropic Spot was one of the best Airbnb experiences we have had. Lindsay was very responsive and clear in her instructions. The house was cute and extremely clean and tidy. It had everything we needed to cook meals and light breakfasts. The beds were comfortable, with plenty of pillows, linens, and pool towels. The pool and patio were amazing and we relaxed and enjoyed the pool and sunshine. We had 4 adults, but this place would easily work with children as well as there is another bedroom with 2 full beds. The laundry facilities were a plus as well. Perfect location for us. Great place!

This place is the perfect home away from home!! Very peaceful and relaxing & even though it is close to one of the main roads, you can barely hear the outside noise. The house is fully equipped with everything that you may need plus the host is super responsive in case you need anything that might be missing. The bed is super comfortable. There are several areas to sit and relax either inside or outside. They also have a great BBQ and two TVs in the pool area which is a great plus if you are a sports fan like us. We would definitely love to come back!

The house we reserved was better than expected and everything was immaculate. Neil, the property manager responded right away when we called about a broken vaccum cleaner. Excellent response time and very professional. Unfortunately a thunderstorm damaged the AC and it couldn't be fixed right away, but Sean moved us right away to an even larger house. He even reimbursed us a day for our having to move and the night without AC. We definitely would rent from Sean again.

The place was very spacious. Lots of stairs because of multiple levels. This was not a bad thing. Could see the gulf from the patio. Was an easy walk to the gulf. Probably could label the remotes because I didn’t realize the one was for the cool fire pits. We all enjoyed and had a great time at this place.

Great stay for family of 5. Lots of room, pool and canal were great. Also a pool table and games for family competition. Bikes and fishing poles, walking distance to restaurant and morning coffee on the water. This rental had everything we could want and need. Full kitchen for cooking for family and one with food allergy. Super responsive host who was helpful for any questions. Home is wonderful condition, clean and able to navigate for someone with mobility challenges. We had a wonderful stay!

Fantastic Place! The pool and Hot Tub were clean and easy to heat. There was a small extra fee for electric but if you turn down the heat to the pool or hot tub at night your fees will be minimal. Outdoor Kitchen and grille was amazing, anyone who loves to cook will enjoy the professional grille. Beds were cozy, the place was perfect. Thank you Jana for the wonderful stay!🙌☀️🏖️🍸

CoralVilla listing was exactly what we found when we got there. The pool area was where we spent most of our time while at the house. Great amenities and beautiful sunrises & sunsets. We would definitely stay there again!

I almost want this to stay a hidden gem so it's always available for me.. This was my top three vacations!! They literally thought of EVERYTHING! We never wanted to leave the house!! I travel a lot mostly hotel stays but lots of BNB’s this was #1 it has to be experienced!!

Was perfect for our group. We were visiting for a business meeting and a large house with four bedrooms (all with ensuites) meant we could extend our meeting discussions to morning and evening. Plenty of space to not get in each others way.

We had a great vacation in Cape Coral. The house was perfect and roomy. We were a group of 3 couples and never felt too crowded. Pool was great and just the right temperature. Cape Coral has so many great restaurants it's hard to pick. Really a great area. Would definitely rent this house again if we come back to Cape Coral.

This was an amazing stay for us. The home was just as described. Actually better! Hot tub that was attached to heated pool was perfect. The pool powder room was a great detail. Wow! Our second stay at Annalena's place was just as amazing as the first! It truly feels like our home away from home. The home shines with cleanliness and brightness. The surroundings are simply stunning! Whether we were enjoying morning coffee on the dock or watching gorgeous sunsets at night, the beauty of the property never failed to impress. A refreshing dip on a hot day or a relaxing float under the sun, the pool added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. We're already planning our next visit because we just can't get enough! We had the best time at Daniel’s place! The house was absolutely spotless and looked just like the photos. Check in/check out was easy, and there was plenty of restaurants nearby for us to enjoy. The pool area was absolutely beautiful and if we come back to the area we would definitely want to stay here again!

We loved staying here! Our favorite part of the day was relaxing here. Appreciated the baby items available (crib, pack n’ play, high chair), beach & pool gear, & the well-stocked kitchen (spices, cooking oil, cookware, etc). All of these little details made our stay extremely comfortable.
