Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus auf Madeira! Das Haus ist top ausgestattet – es fehlt wirklich an nichts – und alles ist neu, gepflegt und sehr sauber. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der atemberaubende Meerblick, den man wirklich aus jedem Zimmer genießen kann. Der Check-in war unkompliziert, die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber schnell, freundlich und zuverlässig. Man merkt, dass hier mit viel Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wird. Wichtig zu wissen: Das Haus liegt etwas abseits, daher ist ein Mietwagen unbedingt zu empfehlen – dafür wird man aber mit absoluter Ruhe und einer traumhaften Aussicht belohnt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

What a wonderful place to stay and for us perfect location to explore beautiful Madeira. 6 of us stayed for 1 week, the accommodation was perfect with various areas to spread out. We spent most of our evenings around the pool side, playing games and soaking up the views. The home has everything a family would need to enjoy your stay. Local shops, cafes and restaurants 10min walk up hill. Fully recommend if you are able to take a 1 day jeep tour of the island as Madeira has some spectacular scenery, valleys, mountains, villages and locations to explore. Contact with the host was effortless and always quick with responding. We loved our stay.

Wij (twee stellen) hadden een heerlijke week in dit prachtige huis. Het huis is ietsjes ruimer dan we dachten. Mooi uitzicht. Heerlijk zwembad. Op deze helling weleens wolken waardoor de zon zich niet altijd liet zien. Voor restaurantjes moet je wel de auto nemen. Hosts reageerden altijd snel op een bericht van ons. Al met al een aanrader!

Das Haus nahe Calheta war perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt! Sehr schön, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und top ausgestattet – es war wirklich an alles gedacht: ein beheizter Pool, Gewürze, Duschgel, Müllbeutel, sogar Waschmittel standen bereit. Das Haus liegt ruhig an einer kleinen Dorfstraße. Es gibt Nachbarn, aber durch die clevere Lage hat man trotzdem viel Privatsphäre und wird nicht eingesehen. Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist traumhaft und lädt zum Verweilen auf der Terrasse ein. Die Lage ist ideal, um die gesamte Insel zu erkunden – mit einem Automatikauto problemlos zu erreichen. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Elvio: Er war jederzeit erreichbar, super freundlich und hatte großartige Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants und Strände. Auch ein später Check-out war völlig unkompliziert. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können das Haus nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Such an amazing space! Our family highly enjoyed our stay. The home is more beautiful than the pictures. The pool was lovely and the location was great for hiking as well as trips to Funchal. We would love to come back again!

Le logement était magnifique. Nous avons adoré la décoration et les grandes portes qui apportaient de la luminosité avec une vue sur la belle cours avec la piscine. Nous avons été super bien accueilli par un très bon goûté. Quelle belle attention! Susana nous a également faits plusieurs recommandations de restaurants et la communication était excellente. Il fallait conduire 8 min pour nous rendre au centre-ville. On retrouvait tous les essentiels pour bien cuisiner. Le logement était propre, mais je ne peux passer sous silence la douche. On retrouvait du moisi et personnellement, malgré le parfum qui avait été ajouté, je trouvais que l’odeur d’humidité et de moisi était désagréable. Tout le reste était impeccable!

Heel compleet huis, alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Bij aankomst lag er wat lekkers voor ons klaar om de eerste ochtend mee door te komen, erg aardig 😊 en Madeira is prachtig!

If you’re looking for a quiet coastal cottage in Madeira this place is perfect. The view is beautiful with restaurants right around the corner. You’re steps away from the beach and beautiful hiking trails. The house is small but well kept and was very comfortable for two guests

Logement très bien décoré correspondant aux photos. Les hôtes sont extrêmement réactifs et bienveillants. Si vous avez une remarque vous pouvez être sur qu’ils feront tout leur possible pour solutionner cela. Petit bémol sur le chenil qui se trouve certainement de l’autre côté de la vallée car les chiens aboient. Mais cela reste ponctuels environ 3-4 fois par jour pendant 10min, ce n’est pas continue (à l’heure du nourrissage ?). Il y a aussi beaucoup de bêtes qui viennent chaque jours (mille pattes et on a eu quelques cafards). L’appartement était cependant très propre quand on est arrivé. Je pense qu’ils s’introduisent car il y a un espaces entre les portes et le sol. Un joint pourrait peut être aider. Mais cela reste facile à mettre dehors avec une raclette et c’est la campagne c’est compréhensible. Hormis ces petits bémols nous avons adoré notre hébergement et le recommandons d’où le 5 étoiles !

Je recommande fortement ce logement. Il est très bien situé sur l’île et la vue est incroyable. Le lit est confortable, la cuisine est complète et le tout est très propre. L’extérieur est très bien avec la piscine et le balcon. L’hôte est très gentil. L’entrée dans la cours du logement peut paraître intimidante à première vue, mais il suffit d’une fois pour d’habituer à la monter. L’hôte nous a bien guidé.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns extrem Wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick vom Schlafzimmer und vom Balkon ist ein Traum. Das Haus ist wirklich groß, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet und man hat viel Privatsphäre. Yamila ist freundlich und immer erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft war einfach super und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Das Haus ist wirklich riesig, man hat sehr viel Platz und Privatsphäre, auch wenn man als Gruppe reist. Der Pool wurde auf unseren Wunsch hin beheizt und die Temperatur war sehr angenehm. Einfach ein Traum, wenn man im Pool liegend den Sonnenuntergang beobachten kann. Auch die Ausstattung war super, alles da was wir benötigt haben. Zudem eine Garage, das zweite Auto konnten wir vorm Tor abstellen. Die Lage war ruhig, nur am Wochenende ist in den Restaurants am Ende der Straße sehr viel los, auch viele Motorrad Fahrer die nicht gerade leise sind. Aber es war noch in Ordnung. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen und der Vermieter sehr freundlich.

Un endroit idéal lorsque l'on a besoin de calme et de recharger les batteries. Tout est propre et de bonne qualité, la maison est moderne, très bien aménagée, lumineuse et spacieuse. Joao est très accueillant, attentionné et très réactif. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous reviendrons dans ce lieu paradisiaque.

Absolutely loved our stay here for the week! We loved the ability to walk into town and grab food at any time. We found a number of great restaurants! We also loved being within the energy of the town of Camara De Lobos. It was very warm, welcoming, and vibrant. We loved the home and felt it was clean, beautiful, and the perfect opportunity to slow down life and enjoy the sound of the ocean. The breeze was able to keep us cool (mid February visit for us), the sound of the ocean helped us drift off peacefully, and we enjoyed the opportunity to lounge in the sun on the many decks available. Parking was simple and free right around the house. We had very prompt communication and felt very supported. Overall the location was a great spot to adventure to the rest of the island. If we ever return to Madeira this is where we will be staying!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The view and atmosphere are incredible. We were very comfortable here, and the welcome basket was a very pleasant surprise, perfect for an evening meal. We highly recommend this home if privacy and relaxation is what you are looking for after a long day of hiking and exploring!

Wir hatten einen tollen Zeit in dem Airbnb. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist toll. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Nur die Reichweite des WLANs könnte verbessert werden, da dieses nicht ins Obergeschoss reicht.

Wir haben wirklich eine tolle Woche in diesem Haus verbracht und sind einfach nur happy mit unserer Wahl. Man kommt rein und fühlt sich direkt wohl, fast wie ein zweites Zuhause, nur eben im Urlaub. Alles ist super sauber und die Einrichtung ist nicht nur gemütlich, sondern auch praktisch. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet – wir haben gerne gekocht. Danke Nelia für die schöne Begrüßung und frisches Obst! Ein echter Geheimtipp – wir kommen gern wieder.

We stayed nine days in Quinta do Mar and absolutely loved it - stunning view over the mountains and the sea from the terrace. The apartment is very well equipped and makes for a convenient, relaxed accommodation. The location of the Airbnb is great to get to Funchal and into hiking areas and the Northwest of Madeira but you need a rental car to reach it easily. Dylan is super friendly and helpful, and sent detailed instructions before the arrival. The check-in is easy and flexible. Absolute recommendation for a beautiful stay in Madeira!

Wspaniałe miejsce na prawdziwy wypoczynek na Maderze. Jose i Charlene sa cudownymi gospodarzami, zawsze w gotowości żeby pomóc i doradzić - doskonała komunikacja. Piękny dom, przechodzący najśmielsze oczekiwania! Mamy nadzieję, że zobaczymy się wkrótce ponownie!

A casa da Zeza é incrível!!! Tem uma vista muito linda (pro mar) e é bonito, confortável e bem equipado. O jardim é maravilhoso e agradável. Tudo o que você precisa tem dentro da casa! A Zeza nos recepcionou no primeiro dia e foi extremamente simpática e prestativa, nos indicando lugares para visitarmos e nos deu dicas de restaurantes, supermercado e até taxista. Nós amamos muito toda nossa estadia e com certeza recomendamos! Observação: para quem não estiver de carro fica difícil a locomoção pela Ilha. Mas mesmo nós não tendo alugado um, não nos impediu de aproveitar muito.

Noèlia is the best hostess you could wish for. She had a lovely, delicious gift waiting for us upon arrival and gave us a warm welcome. Wij zijn vier nachtjes verbleven in de accommodatie van Hugo. Het is een prachtig huis in een prachtige en zeer rustige omgeving. We hadden vooraf met Hugo een aankomst tijd afgesproken en hij stond ons op die tijd keurig netjes op te wachten (met een door Oma zelf gebakken cake 🥰) en heeft ons een rondleiding door het verblijf gegeven. Wij hebben echt echt genoten, dankjewel Hugo!

We had a lovely stay in Madeira at this property. Lovely facilities throughout the place, with the pizza oven, jacuzzi and the hammock (our favourite) all very nice additions to the property which were thoroughly enjoyed during our stay. We opted not to heat the pool but the temperature was fine to swim in anyway! In terms of location the area is very peaceful and scenic however at the cost of activities often being a slightly further drive. We did not find this to be an issue throughout our stay however! Definitely recommend renting a car if staying here!
