Fully furnished one bedroom apartment at Goro Flintstone inside Twin crossing Neighborhood. Very secured and clean compound with best view .
“Tsedey is a great host, the apartment has most of what you will require while there, I will recommend Tsedey's place to persons wanting to stay in Addis..”
A great place with a custom made furniture designed and made by a passionate designer, close to airport like 15 min drive from airport depending on the traffic with a friendly space for work with a laptop ( which we provide) with free of charge.
“I can only confirm all the reviews on Nebiyu. I stayed around 2 months in his flat that became MY flat because I was feeling like home. He accommodated all my requests and needs to the extent that I was shy to ask more. He was available anytime, provided practical advice on where to find what in Addis amid the pandemic. Nebihu is quite service-oriented. He is ready to change or replace or add anything you may require to make your stay comfortable (of course in the limit of what is possible). He even offered a bottle of whiskey some days after my arrival. The flat is perfectly located, you have almost everything around. It's equipped with a washing machine (that Nebihu provides the detergent), a new cooking stove (that Nebihu replaced), new cooking ware, and even a fire extinguisher. I stayed in this flat for professional reasons and I will not hesitate to come back again for private. Nebihu has other flats, I didn't visit them but based on his warm attitude I would never hesitate to blindly book anyone of them. He truly has the AirBnB spirit. Thanks again, bro. Ziris”
Feels like a home. We make traditional Coffee and if you are lucky, you will see how we make traditional enjera. Five minutes walk from two of the best supermarkets in town and restaurants. Also easy transportation access.
“Better than any hotel, with solid & liquid soap, shower cap, plenty of hot water, large and comfortable living room with fully equiped kitchen area (though I didn't use it), and homely handicraft ornaments. The suite is separate from the main house, with its own front door & key. The middle-class neighbourhood is very quiet and pleasant, with a variety of local shops on the doorstep. Recommended is a tailor one block down called Tesfaye Tadesse, who quickly fixed my coat in four places and my sweater for 40 birr. A Ride (taxi) at night to the airport was 189 birr. Communication with Dagmawi was in faultless English, generous (on his part more than mine) and instant, including directions in Amharic (to show to locals) and pinpoint co-ordinates of the house for Google Maps. He wasn't there himself, but his mother and sister were (both of whose phone numbers he sent ahead of time). They offered (and I accepted) a rich dinner of local vegetarian food for 85 birr brought to the room, and otherwise left me in peace until I had to leave.”
