You can take the fast ferry to Bergen for a day's trip; or go hiking & visit attractions such as Rosendal, Buarbreen, Låtefossen, Steinsdalsfossen, Folgefonna National Park, Hadangarfjord etc in 1-2hrs drive. The traditional 1870´s house bears its original log walls and gives it a unique atmosphere. The house has always one side in the sun. In the morning, enjoy a cup of espresso in the morning sun and in the evening lit up the grill and admire the sunset from the terrasse. Our garden is vast and will delight the little ones. We have a small pasture by the lake, the trees will keep the kids busy while you can bath. Feel free to use our rowing boat.
